day 1 cut day 2 tedder day 3 rake and bale never had a mold problem never owned a moisture tester i suppose if you gotta get it in early, you cold spray it ... ive never done that either. if it gets rained on, fluff it back out and retry the following day
Just an fyi on the bale probe, according to the video from the manufacture, you’re using it wrong. They want you to pierce the outer shell of the bale, not plunge into the core from the side eye
It's probably accurate because moisture in the middle is always higher than on the sides You should calculate the average of different measurements at positions with different radius
