Engage Spoilers! I was wondering how they were going to handle summoning the Emblems you lose during the midgame, because I feel like it'd be really awkward if you could summon them while not currently having them. This seems like a good way to handle that.

@@Myeongkee9 Yep you misunderstood. If you haven't done his Paralogue, you can still summon him, just know that he'll never get anything he gains from going above Bond Lvl 10 until you beat his Paralogue.
Ephraim wasn't designed as a unit. He shows up in some of the Eirika ring attacks and has an adjacent set of skills, but he wasn't designed as an enemy or ally unit so not even he can be summoned here.
Hector with a sword doesn't surprise; he can use them when he promotes. What gets to me, though, is Hector with a lance. That's not from FE7 itself, and while I'm fine with it being a Heroes reference, that's kind of doing Ephraim dirty.

Something I noticed while messing around with Veronica: if you summon a 5* then go back via time crystal, if you summon again it will always be a 5*. Even more interesting: it will always be the same 5*. The exception of course being that if you select a different color stone it ofc will be someone different. I had summoned an Edelgard, used the time crystal, summoned Edelgard again, then it was tiki on colorless and Sigurd on blue and red. I want to test it more, maybe Sigurd was just lucky to be both my red and blue pull.
It's the same with a 4 or 3 star your gacha pull is ranking is seeded. Summoning rings in the ring room works the same in case you pull an S you can basically re-roll for a different S ring. Btw if you summon a 4 star on a turn then rewind and wait a turn to engage/summon would you still be locked into 4 stars?

I would assume that it works the same with 3* summons as well. The reason this really interests me is bc it allows for you to see your options when you either have time crystals to waste or are playing on normal mode.

After looking at all of 5* Prepare for Battle animations after being summon, Leif and Hector share the same unique Sword and Lance Prepare for Battle animation. For the Axe animation, all of the guys have different animations, although Ike and Hector are kinda similar but Hector is more exaggerated while Edelgard and Camilla share the same one. It is more questionable why Leif would get an unique animation for the 3 melee weapon types(why Hector would have the same Sword and Lance is a mystery and colorless is already very crowded) It appears that all mages share the exact same animation. Claude only gets an "unique" animation because he is the only male bow in the 5* pool. Of course this excludes the 3-4* summons since I haven't seen those
Something tells me there was a coding mistake when summoning Camilla. She should have her tome Lightning that she comes with when engaged, not Bolganonne.
Each emblem (probably 3 and 4 stars too) have 3 weapons they get based on their level. Their 1st weapon is available when at level 1-15, 2nd weapon is available when their level is 16-28, and 3rd weapon is available when their level is 29+ In Camilla's case it goes Lightning, Lightning +, then Bolganone.
I can't believe they predicted us getting the ability to summon Emblems in FE Heroes. Why didn't I think of this as a coping mechanism for after Chapter 10?!

I´ll never stop saying this but it's very disappointed what they did to Ephraim. I love Erika and The Sacred Stones is my personal favourite game but come on. They gave everything to Erika, the engage, the weapons, the dialogues and even now it's not possible to summon Ephraim Maybe I am the only one who bothers this but this makes me sad LOL (Sorry, my English sucks)
The weapons especially bug me, like first off siegmund and sieglinde should've been based off their official art and not the chunky battle sprites and GOD why did they just give us another rapier instead of the classic reginleif

Ike does not need to be so slow I know they want him to fill the tanky role since no other emblem in the base game really does and that’s the reason they did that but still. At least he’s still throwing around Ragnell the giant heavy 2 handed monster of a blade with one hand as if it’s a slim sword
Too be fair, Ike being a heavy hitting slugger type fits. In smash bros he is a heavier character that hits like a truck so Ike being the tankier emblem isn’t too far off the mark (never played the Tellius series so I don’t know how he plays there)
@DonnellyB as someone who plays the tellius series, smash bros is the main reason he's a slow slugger. He was notably fast. In his games but when introduced in smash they cucked him of his projectile and his speed.

To make things worse they let both Hector and Leif keep their PRF swords and not generic brave swords meaning both still scale from their terrible magic stats. Meanwhile levin!Robin is at least viable for decent damage output at end game and a unique res targeting niche.

What decides the weapon they bring? The first time I managed a 5* summon in I think chapter 8 (before the loss of rings), Marth turned up wielding Mercurius instead of Falchion, but I hadn't gotten anyone to Rank 10 with him by that point due to constantly swapping users, so what decides the weapon he will be summoned with?
@@flameduel Makes sense, but a bit of a shame since most of the emblems have multiple proficiencies you could swap their weapon post summon. Hell could even have the option to give someone a magic weapon.
@@agr0nianTV what I found interesting was characters being able to be summoned with a weapon type they wouldn't normally have as an emblem engage. Like Hector being able to wield a lance, something he CAN do, but he normally have the wolf beil, arvad, and rune sword.

Leif got them because he's canonically favored to use any and all weapons as a master knight. Hector's more known for axes.

Did you all know Ephraim has a Corrupted Emblem Variant? I didn't until I manually used Night and Day during chapter 22 on Corrupted Erika.
