    I am just learning how to use these beautiful AI Stamps. I enjoyed your tutorial and like your particular technique. Thank you for explaining and for reassuring us that we too can create a watercolor card in our own style. I am learning by doing and when I get stuck, I come back and watch the video again.

    I am really enjoying learning to watercolor with the stamps. I would like to see some Christmas poinsettias.

    Lovely and easy to follow. I saw you at the Scrapbook Expo in NJ, and you are just as sweet in person as you are in your videos. Please continue your video series. I am learning so much, and you are a wonderful teacher. Thanks for sharing your talent and enthusiasm. You are truly inspiring.

    I love your channel Kendra. I have had quite a few of these stamps for months but am still struggling. I know it sounds daft, but even with the tiny block I seem not to be able to judge where the stamp image will go and I ruin so many projects. But I am not a gal to give up and I am determined to stick with it. I have made some cards that I am very proud of. I think you are going to help me no end. I also have zig markers and look forward to seeing what you do with them xxx

    I also have alot of markers, such as Distress Markers, Tombow, etc. Going to start making more use of them, especially after seeing your videos! Thanks again!

    Lovely color combination and nice card design. Can you please do some trifolds? A winter scene perhaps ...?

    I'm enjoying learning theses watercolor flowers. The other day I tried my hand at four season trees, I'm having problems with winter and making the tree have snow on it. Any suggestions how not to get a blurry mess .

    Just found your channel, love your work! I have bought some watercolours and so want to learn, I have been acrylic painting for the past 25 years. I also into card making and have lots and lots of stamps. Could I use stamps that I have? Thanks!

      Yay!! Welcome!! I'm so happy you are here. You can technically use this technique with any stamp, but it won't give you the same outcome as using the Ai stamps! Most stamps have too many lines making the stamp look blobby when you add water, which is my experience. However, try it! You might come up with something you love!! Let me know how it goes! :D

    I'm so glad I found your channel. I love AI watercoloring!! You are an excellent teacher! What size watercolor paper do you generally start out with?

    • @WatercolorwithKendra
      @WatercolorwithKendra  8 лет назад

      Hi Georgia!! Thank you so much for the sweet encouraging words! I'm so happy you're here! The size I normally use is a quartered piece of a 8.5''X11'' sheet of WC paper, so it ends up being about 4.25''X5.5'' I hope that helps!!

    Hi Kendra, I just got this set today and this is my first try using the AI stamps. I had two failed attempts using Stampin Up dye ink markers:-( The SU markers are used on rubber stamps so I thought they would work with the AI stamps. There must be a real difference between the Laplume markers and the Stampin up ones that I have? The SU ink wouldn't blend well at all. Any advice is greatly appreciated, as I really want to learn how to use these stamps. Thank you for answering my questions.

      Susan Sytsma is it the paper? I use stampin up markers and have no problem.
