@MrBestapps1234 As long as you have enough quarters you can stop the spinner right before the sweetspot then as you put in your next quarters hit the button as fast as you can so that it only moves a little bit. You can repeat this until the spinner lands on the sweet spot. Just keep doing this until the balloon pops. I saw some guy doing this at a local water-park's arcade.
