You can belt under the sweater in order to fold it from bottom!
Add belt in the bottom of sweater then pull up little from above..it’s bit easier!

Yes tried this hack once. But the belt won’t stay put or it was too tight that I was not able to site properly 😢 I do use a shoe lace or something like a string instead of belt 🥰

I kinda like the look with the long socks. It's kinda dark academia. It will look nice with a suit jacket on top of the dress. For office I think sheer black stockings would be more formal.
