Oceansize were an English rock band from Manchester, formed in 1998. The band consisted of Mike Vennart, Steve Durose, Richard "Gambler" Ingram, Mark Heron and Jon Ellis for the majority of its career, with Steve Hodson replacing Ellis on bass guitar in 2006.

Such an amazing band! Frames is their masterpiece but their other albums are also very top notch. As she said, they create masterful wall of sound, I would always describe them as edgy-proggy radiohead.
I would suggest music for a nurse for more chill, a homage to a shame for full blast, charm offensive for somewhere in middle if you want to check out more.
