I've fucking loved these guys since they were barely teenagers but the raw power is totally asphyxiated by the over-engineering. There I said it.
I dunno man. I'm normally a headphones kind of guy (as opposed to enjoying live performances), but I saw them open for The Damned and frankly I wasn't ready for them to leave the stage. Plenty of power outside the studio, no glaring mistakes, no forgotten lyrics--just a solid 30 minute ass-kicking and it was beyond magical.
