Brock Destroyed Cena only BECAUSE of Brock breaking the streak as Cena said.

Big Match John's aura at the time was nowhere near close to Undertaker's 21-0 so Brock beating the Streak solidified Brock as the true final boss. I was so scared for John when his match with Brock started because no way in hell John is coming out strong after Brock's win in wm30.
