@@BME399 Bro you're only 15 give it more time. Don't expect to be able to grow a full beard until your late teens (18,19) to early 20s.
I used minox. I stopped after 2 months because usually about half an hour after application I'd get a headache. If you experience shady symptoms when using minox, I'd recommend discontinuing usage. Growing a beard is not worth sacrificing your overall health for. But if you don't experience anything concerning, though, then I wish you luck on your beard journey!

My beard started growing at the age of 13-14 . At the age of 17 i kind of had a patchy beard . Then i saw AlphaM's video . He suggested to grow the beard for a month . And i did . Now it looks good . I am 18 and i think at the age of 19 i would have a good beard .
All i want to say is , if you have beard ( no matter if it's patchy ) the chances are your beard will develop along with the age .

Nope. Hair is dead. Nothing you do to it affects any process in the body. Your hair is not a part of you. Cutting, shaving, coloring, bleaching...hell, even setting fire to it, will have ZERO affect on future hair.

I started working in the military 2 years ago. Never had much of a facial hair. But i started shaving on daily bases because my work requiers it so. So i shave every day for almost 2 years now i i have stronger facial hair and it grows faster than before. So i can confirm that shaving works, at least in my case. Thank you. Stay men.

This isnt evidence, silly. 2 years has passed, thats just how long it took until you started to grow proper facial hair. People can say "I ate 10 strawberries everyday and now 3 years later i have a beard". The beard was most likely going to grow in that time period anyway.

From what I've discovered there's two very helpful product for people... Biotin: This product I haven't actually used personally however my friend claims it thickens hair, helps your skin etc... and Minoxidil one of my other friends has used and it really does help however I've never heard of any cases in which hair did fall out, so before I recommend people using these products I suggest researching into these products properly to ensure they know what you're putting in/ putting on their body.

Although manufacturers totally deny this side effect BUT if one reads the general people comments in the end of articles, it can be easily seen that lots of them have been complaining about their sexual health. Work a stressful job 70 hours a week I was 18 with a weak beard. Worked a laborious job and say 2 to 3 months later my beard was so thick and I was legit 19 just turned. That job was bad for my mental and physical health though 🤣😂.
I can’t grow a beard, but I got the gotee down and that works just fine. It’s all about lining up whatever you have, a clean lineup does wonders. Basically facial hair is for men what makeup is for women.

I'm almost 23 and I've noticed that my facial hair follicles are coming in pretty good especially in the cheek area which was my weak spot for awhile. Just be patient.

I am 18 I only have a beard near my neck , chin and under lips . There is no visible growth on the sides . I don't usually weight for it to grow so I shave it every week , Just wanted to grow a full beard in my winter vacations it's been two weeks I haven't shaved but same results , very few hairs on the sides

The reason people say your beard grows back thicker when you shave is because the hair shaft is left after shaving and thats thicker than the rest of the hair so it just looks thicker.
I started using the hair growth and so far ive had baby hairs getting longer idk theyre not as visible as much as my mustache but i can see the progress im on my second month.

Now I've been trying to grow my mustache since 7th grade and when I finally shaved my mustache a few months ago at the age of 20 it grew back fuller and thicker.... so as far as the myth it worked on me same with my beard

If you do take a multivitamin then make certain that ALL of the micronutrients are included and ALL of the micronutrients are in BIOAVAILABLE form (the body can obsorb bioavailable form). Most forms of the trace minerals and electrolytes found in multivitamins are industrial forms (the body (a healthy person) is only able to obsorb 10-20% of the dosage). Zinc, magnesium, b12, d3, phosphorus, k2 (MK-4 & mk-7), calcium, omega-3, healthy fats including saturated (monounsaturated over polyunsaturated), stick to organic whole foods including animal organs, avoid foods/beverages packaged in plastic containers (just because it says BPA FREE doesn't mean it's synthetic estrogen free), exercise, restful sleep, meditation, proper fasting, etc.

Bro please give me a tip. I got my first facial hair in my age of 15, that was the baby hair and i didn't shaved my beard for 2 years, but my facial hair growth was slow then someone suggested me to shave my beard. I did the same still my beard growth was same, then i again shaved my beard, but still the growth was same. Then again someone suggests me that shave your beard every week and use beard oil. I did the same till 1 year when i was 19 but this time the growth of beard was good, but i still did the same shaving after a week and oiling daily till the last month. Now i am 20 But unfortunately i can't grow a single hair on my face since the last month. I applied everything but didn't grow a beard. Please give me a suggestion what should i do now?
From my personal experience I found that letting my beard grow out without shaving actually helped a lot. Before I would always shave it, frustrated that it would grow patchy. But for a couple months I let it grow out even as ugly as it looked and it now grows very evenly after I shave. So you just have to let it grow through the ugly patchy stages. It may not work for others but it worked for me.
I know this is late but thank you gotta try this because mine is just like you say , I shave it bc it’s patchy but looking back I never give it more than a month

@@opyadil2077 mine is still a patchy mess but it has grown in much further than I ever expected. There are limitation for some of us with genetics sadly but I promise you probably haven’t given yours an honest shot at growing all the way out.

What a trip I was just watching your video on minoxidil yesterday and then all of a sudden you make This video so I thought this was dope and btw minoxidil really does work and to see better results yes do it the whole six months and Mabye even longer depending on how your results are and I did it one time a day as well to decrease some of the dryness side affects. For me I achieved the full beard look within the 6 months and I have been off minoxidil for 2 months and I still have all my hair because there are terminals.

Use natural oils such as Jamaican black castor oil, Jojoba oil, peppermint oil, and almond oil. Mixing those can increase the rate your facial hair grows. However, it’ll take a couple months depending on your genetics.

Don’t do this guys, the heart palpitations are definitely not worth it. Risking your heart over a patchy beard? Hell no. I on like day 8 and my chest feels tight, lately it’s been hard to sleep. There’s a lot of videos out there explaining that it affects the heart. Not everyone but I definitely wouldn’t risk it. I hope this chest pressure and palpitations go away, I’ll keep y’all updated.
