I love your videos and I wondered what happened to you so I stumbled on the coffee and carving thing add found out what you were doing which is very cool and understandable I don't make the sound like a nag and I fully agree with what you are doing but it would have been cool to have a notification of what was going on because we all miss you

Alex has great art talent, but he doesn't reach down to my learning level. I do think he is improving to reach my level or just hopefully my learning skills improve.

Beautiful work. You do make it look much easier than it actually is. Some people say their wood is hard or their tools aren’t as sharp, but we all need to realize that you could probably use a box cutter with a 2x4 and still it would be beautiful. HOW COOL. I’ve been wading into cotton bark carving lately to ease thumb pain and give those muscles a break.
Cotton wood bark is a wonderful medium. I cannot wait to take a deep dive I may try to follow along with this video as an attempt
