I only do It domestic because It was the best option and It was bundled with my Qantas tickets for november.
Singapore and Air NZ got the long distance.

Very nice review. Thanks for pointing out that the seat itself was actually quite comfy. This is something I take into account regardless of airline. Nothing worse than a thinly-padded or rock hard seat for 8 hours. JQ has rarely featured in my travel plans, but I plan to fly them more often in future. Stay safe, and happy travels always!

    Nice video!!
Since the end of the lockdown, I had finally been on Jetstar 787. I flew it once to Sydney and once to the Gold Coast. The seats were definitely more comfortable compared to the A320/A321's :)
In my opinion, the wooden Melbourne signs make the atmosphere more welcoming :)

Excellent review. I found 787 incredibly quiet, considering how powerful its engines are.

I believe there’s also two universal AC outlets under each row of three seats that use the 120V 60 hertz standard which can be used for plugging in device chargers and laptop chargers! Of course that’s based on what I remember from flying on that same aircraft with Jetstar to and from Singapore in 2017! :)

Thanks for the video!! Just want to check if any food is allowed to bring on the airline? Mainly just for some snacks to kill the time :)

Yeah I think that should be fine, although best to check with Jetstar. Thanks for watching!

Jetstar international looks decent! Overall though Scoot looks better for this exact route

How much luggage allowance did you have? And were they strict with the wait?

Bah, English breakfast without black pudding isn't English breakfast 😆. I'm planning to get on this exact same flight soon, in business class. I see they're using cabin crew from 3K. They get worked hard by JQ with very very little money and they get paid on Singapore terms, not Australian.

Jetstar is a low cost airline which is much better than scoot. Believe it or not, I searched the same route from Melbourne to Singapore one way and it was SGD 212, cheaper and much better than scoot !!!!!!!!!!!

Funnily enough my time in Singapore was fairly cloud free except for a few days. Guess I got lucky! Thanks for watching

Very good video. Shows everything a person would want to see on a flight. Just to clarify, a person needs to pay for ife and food ? If so, would not fly Jetstar. SQ, QF tickets about the same price ? Your food was disgusting. Jetstar taking plane food to another level. No shame. Australians being beaten down into the gutter. SQ has very good IFE and customer service. Would I travel Jetstar ? probably not, unless forced to do so. No other option.

Yep totally agree, Jetstar could do so much more in regards to its food options. Thanks for watching!
