Yes. But u need to let the truffle cool down completely n be slightly chilled. Whip it up until fluffy will give great results. Check my video on ganache

Shahbaz Mughal recipe is the same n usage is the same When u whip the cold truffle it becomes ganache , light in colour and it becomes fluffy the taste is more softer in the mouth .

Pls give a crumb coat n let it set in the fridge n then apply the 2 nd layer . Use a knife dipped in hot water

I make chocholate ganache with the ratio 1:1.5 that is 1 part cream and 1.5 part of chocolate.
Bt if I have to make truffle sauce what should be the ratio of cream and chocolate mam and can we apply truffle sauce between layers and outer part.
Last time I made truffle cake with ur receipe that is 110gns chocolate and 6 tbs cream it got bit tight after I kept in fridge .where am I wrong mam
On the stove ? If it gets tight just add a little bit more about of cream .
