That Armenian cheese is called Chechil, and its amazing. If you have an Armenian grocery store near you they will most likely carry it. It has black caraway seeds and mahlab in it, and sounds amazing with the cardamom in this recipe

Our whole family - including teenagers - love it. Definitely recommend.
It's the first show in the Tales of Arcadia trilogy and the finale movie is coming out next week on the 21s so if you wanna get into it then now is the best time to!

The theory of how I'd do it:
Make stock using snake bones (rattlesnake bones are unusual, but semi-easy to come by if you look online). Then, if you can find a Cambodian place that sells fried tarantula, simply ask them for meat.
Then you just gotta find other things to round out the stew.
Maybe as a Halloween special?

Use shower caps to cover bowls etc for proving bread...I first saw this on a relatively small uk old chef channel called John kirkwood

As a UK born and bred member of the human species, I have never personally seen real meatloaf. All I know is that it is regularly enjoyed by a lot of American families in various kids movies such as, Stewart Little, and The Incredibles. I would like to try it one day. Hopefully it lives up to what I've always imagined it to be since I was old enough to understand what it was

If you guys didn’t realize, at the start of the show Jim was voiced by “Anton Yelchin”, and somewhere at the end of part 2 his voice actor changed, it was because Anton was caught in a freak accident and passed away.

You should watch 3 Below and Wizards. I thought they were even better than Trollhunters! I think the whole tales of Arcadia series is vastly under rated. They’re all awesome shows created by Guillermo Del Toro!
This was the point Andy would find a magic amulet that would transform him into the Trollhunter! We would never see another Binging with Babish again, for he would be the defender of Arcadia

That's maybe irrelevant but, in Saudi Arabia we put cardamom in our coffee and that's the rule not the exception. It's awkward if you serve your guests coffee that doesn't have cardamom in it.
