Excellent sermon as always. I sent this sermon to my member of Parliament, Andrew Scheer, a man who publicly professes Christ and told him how ashamed I am of him and also to be a Canadian.
As a Canadian I thank Pastor Doug for preaching in solidarity and boldness with our Canadian pastors. I also thank my Christian brothers and sisters in the U.S. for their unwavering support and encouragement. May God bless and strengthen all us to BE a 'lamp on a stand' in these dark times
Why is it that the fear of man is so prevalent in the contemporary church. O that great God Almighty would reach out His hand of righteousness and holiness and take hold of the soft and effeminant hearts of so very many pastors and elders and theologians and transform those weak hearts into the hearts of lions, thirsty for the unvarnished Word of God, thirty for the fallen souls of the lost and dying, thirsty for the glory of Christ Jesus Yahweh, and send them out as a mighty wave of His inexorable truth and power, whelming every heart and mind, bringing all into glorious submission to Him Who was, is, and shall always be, great God Almighty!
They've forgotten the Fear of God. Many churches preach a God that will not judge or guide, that will not rule with a rod of iron, nor condemn His enemies into Hell. While He is our Healer and Shepherd, our Father and Redeemer, He's also judge over the quick and the dead.
The Word of God always brings peace and joy in the Holy Ghost. It also brings hope, eternal hope. Thank you for standing firm in this hour pastor . God's many blessings be upon you.

Blotcher buldoo, indeed. How particularly and painfully prophetic was C.S. Lewis. Thank you for these pastoral summaries of our present cultural state-and rallying us to think and act. May we, like Elisha’s servant, see the armies of God that surround our enemies. And may we act according to the true Word of life…the life that is the light of men.
Please pray for Warrnambool, Australia. There is a lack of true Biblical based churches. All the churches around here are liberalistic, modernized, progressive, and involved in Bethel and Hillsong. Please pray that God would raise up a true Golden Lamp stand here in Warrnambool, at least one. Would you please join me and others here in warrnambool in prayer. God bless you Christ Church :)
