I won't never understand the people who don't see how much they love each other! They are so powerful and beautiful together! I hate the producer of this serie to not make them canon. My version of the reality it's like yours: they stay together, they're married and they have the family they deserve, that the life took from them when they were too much young.
I love this because you didn't even "manipulate" anything. This is just how they actually are with each other. They have a great dynamic and relationship and you did a beautiful job at showing it. (Also they are sooo canon and nobody can convince me they didn't get together at some point post season 6)

In another universe, they too went from strangers to friends, and then fell in love. I believe that in that universe they helped each other. I believe that in that universe they got married, bought a house and happily live there with their adopted child and their dog Obi-Wan. In that universe, I believe they cook barbecues on the weekend, and Stiles makes sure the sheriff doesn't eat too much and takes care of my health. I believe they had a really happy ending in that universe.
