Yes. Full registration and skill assessment is mandatory for 491. If you have exp of 3 years or more you can take NZ route. The route is tough and complex but you will get it within 2 to 3 months.
I don't get the point. You are saying that after credentials assessment we can apply for skilled visa like 189, 491 before giving written and clinical assessment exams?

For job as a physio MPT in physio is required then gen reg with ahpra and then direct job If you have masters in any other domqin like cardio neuro then need to appear in license.

You will get an invitation for single subclass but while applying for skill select you can sect more than one visa subclass.
