- I am using 8PCS Lithium lifepo4 3.2v/15Ah
- BMS 150 4S LiFePO4 Battery
- 4S 5A Flying Capacitors Balancing Module
- Plastic box

VERY COOL! Thanks for introducing the 32140 cells, I was not aware of LFP cells in that form factor. A few suggestions for others:
1, I'd prefer to have a protection fuse before rather than rely on the BMS for short circuit protection as they are intended for overload rather than short circuit protection.
2, A switch for the active balancer, and use it to balance the pack on the final 10% of charge rather than continuously as using active ballancers on the low end of the charging curve can result in cell imbalances, and they can drain a charged pack over time.
3, A secondary accessory 12V bus fused or with a circuit breaker for about 15 amps for low current 12v accessories such as the USB/voltage indicator, lights and etc. to avoid a fire hazard in case of a short.
4, using a connector rather than soldering the balance leads to the balance board, as failed or broken solder joint could result in a short, and smoke or fire.
What ever... why don't you make one and do it your way and leave this guy to build his like he wanted to... He wasn't asking you for anything, including your advice... And what you said is too late now he's finished it... And made a really good job aswell... GOOD EFFORT.
The balancer’s capacitors are frotting against the thin insulation of the battery, there should have been some fishpaper inserted in between. And for a RUclips video, please use red wires for positive… The rest is nice and thanks for posting
What the hell is fishpaper? And as someone who is colour blind he can use what ever colour he wants... I can't tell the difference.
