This week I’ve had the worst lose streak too. Idk what’s wrong this season. Usually yeah I get some lose streaks but it’s never been this bad. The matchmaking and everything gmfu😭

Yup same here. I lost 6 games in a row which has never happened in my years on OW. Esp as mercy, there is always one dps or tank who has the worst stats that’s on my team in the entire match. Even with 3k+ dmg boost almost every match and very little deaths, it just doesn’t feel enough.
Love the "support diff" dig at the end. Enemy team has a Roadhog and a Lifeweaver/brig. Pretty much the exact complaint the MT blamed for their loss earlier. Enemy healer also healed for about 8k less total healing, one of which died 18 times.
it's SO interesting how people are so dedicated to ruining a good thing - that Hog asked for a Kiri and the person obliged. They then had to make a DIG at them after they switched to accommodate them?! Just say "awesome, thanks" and win the game! Why shoot yourself in the foot by needing to be a condescending asshole after they did something you asked of them!?
Yeah it was one the first signs that the Roadhog kind wasn't very good. He started complaining about healers later on in the match but Sigma stomped him constantly. In theory RH should counter sigma pretty well, able to use hook to stop his grasp and all that. But this Roadhog just couldn't seem to kill much of anything. Edit: Also far as I remember he was silent all match till he complained. People who only use voice chat to complain imo are the worst.
i love mercy ofc but tbh i’ve been climbing like crazy with lifeweaver, i think my win rate is above 60% with him you should all try ! he’s super fun to play and they buffed his thorns so he does really good dps too; i had a game where i was 20k healing with 26 to 3 as him 😅
Not gonna lie i like your gameplays, it inspired me to make Mercy my healer main. the smooth movements and jukes are INSANE, i really hope i can do those moves like you sometime!! ^_^
Oh my gawd I knew something wasn't right! I've been picking her up more and it just didn't feel smooth..I'll have to try her again to feel the difference! BTW sorry you're having rough games...I've been teetering 50/50
People like the tank is why I don’t join vc anymore. Yelling and arguing I don’t care about, but the unprovoked condescension? Acting like the victim when kiri told him off, then acting superior and refusing to drop it when kiri stopped responding. The worst, it gets under my skin so bad, I rather be screamed at lmfao
This game is so broken than even Eleyzhau is on Diamond... c'mon you're great enough to be in GM like in the past so what can the rest of us expect in our rank? I've never experienced amazing wins streak, no but loss streaks like take those 10 defeat games in a row...
Unfortunately that's kind of a necessary consequence of the hero choice. Mercy requires less than other heroes, so you contribute less than other heroes. I have no problem with that in principle but the devs don't apply it consistently which is irritating, if mercy's value is tied to her difficulty why is brig allowed to be so strong when she's even easier? What about moira? It seems like this person is also solo queueing? Which hurts mercy's value uniquely because your characters worth is tied very directly to how good your team mates (especially dps) are. Also this person is making a lot of mistakes. Peaking when they don't need to is the biggest and most common one, people in higher ranks don't let you do that, you need to stay glued behind walls.
Supports that don't deal damage, don't get kills, will have no impact on the game. This is the reality, if you want to climb the rankings as a support, you will have to carry through the matches by killing as many opponents as possible and leaving healing as something secondary, always dealing damage and being aggressive.
@@obamna225 i agree, except for your brig take. Brig is NOT easier than mercy, and it's hard to even compare due to differences in kit. Brig players have to be much stricter with their positioning and get punished far easier. (i say this as a brig and mercy main who has played both in high elo) There are so so many misconceptions about brig. She is decently mechanically easy, but people underestimate the difficulty of hitting the important whipshots- on a blading genji, on a charging rein, on a reaper about to ult your team. Mercy is hard in a different way, but has the pro of playing a completely different game where she can get out of difficult positions with more ease than the majority of the cast
Honestly I wouldn’t say eley deserves GM in ow2 She didn’t switch till the very end Like she does some risky rez Ultimately having the highest heals will not guarantee a win 😅
@@yoongit3080 she does have risky rezzes, but I think her movement and overall game sense are insane. Plus, she tries to minimize the risk of dying while rezzing, and gets them off most of the time
Thank goodness im not the only experiencing losses. I deranked 2 divisions because of my teammates giving up midway. I just wanna reach masters again. 😢
I noticed that my normal ga would go more than normal Like ud continue going towards my teammate even if stopped pressing shift which would get me out of cover many times But idk i thought it was just my newvlkeyboard

I always noticed the weird timing for the cooldown starting, never thought it was a bug just a skill issue from me not timing my GA properly.
