I said it once, and ill say it again, i believe the reason that starved and theustheda are always hungry is because the first animal they ate had a parasite that feeds of the nutrients of food, so they are continuosly hungry because of that
Teutheda was *actually* starved by Plankton according to the actual story. After capturing Spongebob and Squidward, Plankton (who was already 'Starved' was dying due to sickness and wanted to find someone who could continue his work) decided to go with Squidward who at first refused to do it, resulting in Plankton leaving Squidward strapped to a table with no food for an undetermined amount of time all the while Spongebob was able to escape but never came back for Squidward, who was starved for so long that his nose fell off Basically the chum that Plankton fed Squidward also had something in it too, so not only was he starved of any food, he was also left behind by Spongebob and was fed 'contaminated' chum meaning he has more reason for why he became the way he did. Eggman however... Well, the Flickie he ate was apparently burned by SOMETHING from his destroyed tech, it very well could've had some chemical on it too, either that or he unintentionally ate the brain of the burned Flickie and contracted some form of MCD but instead of killing him it made his skin turn red

Also a suggestion; you could make some exes react to Drop And Roll (the visualizer one because there aren't any good playable ones at the moment, and there probably won't be any for a good while), and also Smoke and Mirrors from Rerun (the playable one made by Berserk because it's the best playable version of the song)

Another potential reason is there are several diseases that animals can have that does them no harm usually but will harm humans
