I just spent Columbus Day weekend in cape ann. I had never fished it, but had lots of success. The heavy winds seemed to have pushed them in close. Great video!

I have actually been fishing more with Century Rods this year. I was using a 9 foot Century weapon in this video but it was definitely pushed to its limit by those monster blues.

Yes it is a very fast action rod rated for 1/4 ounce to 3 ounces I believe.
Where was the tide cycle at when you were catching the bluefish?
It was an hour before high tide.
Thank you. That was an unbelievable several minutes of giant fish after fish. Is the fishing usually like that in October in your area? High tide was at 9:30am, and I'm stuck at work. :(@@StripedBassHunt
You're enjoying yourself catching gaters but you do not realize that on the bottom of the blue fish blitz, there might be Cow bass picking the scrapes. I would throw on a bucktail or a lure like that and work the bottom!!! HELLO!!!!
