Hello! Could a HH of 2 cms be the cause of my esophagitis grade C? The doctor said there is no chance, but I have been on a strict diet and PPIs for over a year and it's only getting worse. :/
He’s wrong!!!! Yes we see 2 cm hh all the time and only 10% are symptomatic but we get great results with small hernias. check out the video 10 best hiatal hernia exercises and get started on those.
