Now THAT is the Lee I remember and loved. Damn! Can you imagine HER scared of Todd Manning and letting her intimidate her? THIS LEE would have put him in his place and had him running from her. This chick did NOT play!!!
DaxShaw I love the Cramer women but all of them at one point in time have been ungrateful, unloyal, disrespectful brats to Dorian especially her daughters & Kelly.
Even with this degrading story and all of Robin's backstage tension with Paul Rauch, Robin plays these scenes with such dignity and quiet heartbreak, especially the final goodbye with Cassie. I also love the background music at the end of that scene. It's Lee! She was initially brought in as a Dorian replacement wasn't she? I don't know this Cindy. I guess she wasn't around long? Cord is so charming and fun here. That's something which was taken from him in later years.
@bluenail03 - I agree. They even went so far as to insert Lee's photo on the opening credits where Dorian's was. I don't recall those two ever having a scene together, though. Lee was MY GIRL. Love Dorian, too. But Lee was cool because there were so many mysteries about her; even when they brought her back. No one ever explained why she disappeared or where she was. That silly story about her being a "con-woman on the run" was weak and contrary to OLTL history.
I think it sounds much more like Ava Haddad's voice. We actually heard Holly Gagnier's voice shortly before her debut, when Dorian read a letter from Cassie alerting her she'd be coming home soon - I remember at the time, I mistakenly thought it was Ava's voice.
@bluenail03 viki was not her ex-sister in lay. lee was married to tom dennison years ago--he was joe riley's twin and joe was viki's husband--or am i missing osmehting
@mikehlebik no but Lee and Viki would've been sister in laws because they were married to brothers Lee and Tom. So if Tom and Lee divorced, that would make her an ex-sister-in-law,
@VAwriter I'm not trying to be mean or insulting. I just think the little nuances that actors can display with their face are no longer apparent with all the botox. I think a little plastic surgery is good, but I think the natural planes of someone's face is very attractive. Too me overblown botox just makes people have bloated faces.
Kate and Cord was one of the best romances ever! I loved 1987 because of Kate and Cord - a beautiful romance (I so hated Cord with Tina . . .Cord was a better match with Kate)!
IM JUST SHOCKED AT HOW DORIAN KICKED CASSIE OUT....... CASSIE IS HER PRIDE & JOY!!!!!!............................ BUT JUST WATCH HOW CASSIE RUNS TO HERB LOL THAT IN THE NEXT CLIP
Dorian always had such a vivid face, especially as she aged. Yes, too many actors get plastic surgery, which destroys their unique beauty. I just love, love, love the two furrows Dorian has between her dark brows, which grow deeper with age. Dorian is a great frowner. And even more adorable is that as Dorian grew older through the 1990s and early 2000s, her brows began to develop the penchant of slanting upward above the bridge of her nose when she cried or worried.

Loved the scenes between Cassie and Dorian. Very intense and emotional. Cassie deserved what she got.
I wish she'd been this hard on Cassie in later years. 90's Cassie was always disrespectful and dismissive to Dorian. So was Adriana.

@VickRobCal Can't wait to see it!!!! Thanks VRC..you are the best. I know you tired of me saying that....LOL!!!
@shrinefilms1 I actually think Robin Strasser has aged quite gracefully and is still has a very expressive face. Not sure what you're seeing.
Ava Haddad's Cassie goes from a young woman to Holly Gagnier's version to a grown woman. I didn't care for Holly's interpretation as Cassie
Both Cassie’s played their roles well; because they seem to have a mother and daughter relationship
Ava & Holly were the best Cassies
Bear4hair Well said!!
Bear4hair: Yes they were sweeties.
Facts!!!💯💯💯
Not
I agree with you.

Lee was a replacement for Dorian.
It's interesting how this Cassie's speaking voice sounds very similar to Laura B.'s.

@mimeNo9 they were in charge of Dyna Women--women who would sabotage major corporations--but the stor y was never played out
@bluenail03 viki was not her ex-sister in lay. lee was married to tom dennison years ago--he was joe riley's twin and joe was viki's husband--or am i missing osmehting
If Tom was Vickys brother in law and Lee was married to Tom then I guess she be a sister in law relation. Sorry this answer is late, lol
@mikehlebik no but Lee and Viki would've been sister in laws because they were married to brothers Lee and Tom. So if Tom and Lee divorced, that would make her an ex-sister-in-law,
What were Lee and Cindy up to? What was the purpose of opening up offices in a town with 3 rich families?
I am trying to picture this Cassie married to Andrew. I wonder how that would have worked.
@mimeNo9 Lee was hoping to reunite with her daughter Mari Lyn.

Kate with Cord made my skin crawl, lol
Kate and Cord was one of the best romances ever! I loved 1987 because of Kate and Cord - a beautiful romance (I so hated Cord with Tina . . .Cord was a better match with Kate)!
@syrus80 she sounds nothing like laura B.---laura mispronounces words and emphasizes the wrong syllable.
@entertainme3000 you are absolutely right---i forgot about that
Cassie did try and steal John from Dorian, walking around in her underwear in front of him. Dorian was prettier than her own daughter anyway
This was the best Cassie!
Why did Cassie have to have a “fling” with her mom’s boyfriend?
IM JUST SHOCKED AT HOW DORIAN KICKED CASSIE OUT....... CASSIE IS HER PRIDE & JOY!!!!!!............................ BUT JUST WATCH HOW CASSIE RUNS TO HERB LOL THAT IN THE NEXT CLIP
Cassie was a sweetie
too bad Ava Haddad wanted to leave--but I did like holly gagnier as a recast. i know I am in the minority, bit I do not like laura kauffmann
Laura Kauffmann is my least favorite Cassie.
Wow, so weird to see Dorian with actual facial expressions! Incredible how much plastic surgery has changed acting!
Dorian always had such a vivid face, especially as she aged.
