In this episode we head to our soon to be new/main living outpost on nesoi. There, we begin work on our player home. Before play- we updated several mods including nems deco and xeno master. The xeno master update brings the ability to dismiss xenos to outposts!

The starfield mods are honestly amazing so far it's probably the best modern game to mod for content.

I feel like McNuggets got upset that you choose Steve over him and he was like "Oh I see you prefer the new gal over me, fine I see how it is". lol. (Yes, Steve is a female in your videos noticing that the game says "She" to Steve) Also that laundry section is very shiny! Its almost like its blinding me but with mr. clean but it got way better at cleaning 😎 As always, great video my man!

@@somethingwicked3 oh bro wait till u see my current project :) so far it's got the wicked cargo and inter system links, main commercial landing pad. Water systems in place. A large foundation for a pier along with some commercial. And then individual homes with all my companions. With a few shared living space and amenities. But this one I'm going to decorate EVERYTHING inside and out!

@skyriminspace very great questions and def after my last 2 videos def had some bits with poor fps. Straight answer- build/deco, no. Never noticed an issue with fps due to building. Zooming in rev8/grav79- oh ef yes. No suger coating or hesitation lol.
Not as straight answers-
Building/deco: some of the giant warehouse/shipbuilding pads added via Wicked Workshop take like 30 seconds just to load the asset when trying to cycle thru option. The bigger, by far the bigger the lag/stutter/fps drop. But after it's built- no issues. It's literally just when trying to cycle thru the options to build, and then moving the asset around the build area before placing. Decor ive not yet seen any type of issues.
The rev8/grav79 is a tricky one for me because I also am using 2 handfuls of environmental mods. I need to test this on a clean save/load order and see if/how bad it renders with thr base environmental assets and sizes in play. When I'm zooming around my fps is TRASH, but idk if I had less mods impacting what's being more quickly loaded/rendered if it would be better or the same.
Last variable- i play on an s23 Ultra, via gamepass. Either on 5g or wifi6. Most any/all fps issues I've experienced have been because of my network connection to the cloud. Not from the game. The fps drops in recent videos was network related, not the game itself
@skyriminspace fps will always depend on how many objects are rendered in your fov. If elevated in a vehicle your system could be rendering thousands of objects if using my mods and other deco mods. That's why Bethesda implemented a build limit, for smooth frames and gameplay
@somethingwicked3 oh bro in actual gameplay your mods cause 0 issues lol. You've seen the videos and know I'm having an A1 experience with ALL of your work lol. I even have a couple of them GIANT warehouses in play. I AM always in birds eye view- which absolutely means I have more on screen that needs rendered at a time. I have 0 issues waiting to see them amazing giant assets load in lol. Ima def still use them lol
Also makes sense that I'm always WAY in the sky when im zooming around. Your explanation is legit. TIL. Lol
holy crap. I'm going to toliman 2 and nabbing a butt load of terromorphs now. hell yeah.
