The hoodie is from the accompanying ALD collection I believe.
I sold my green pair because I like this pair better. Compare to last year's version, they also added more perforated holes at the front foot, which is a nice modification IMO. The resale on the original ALD colorways is a bit crazy. I decided to cash out and make my investment on this model completely free + some profits.
Great review, as always! This is my favorite colorway of all the ALD 550s, been wearing them daily. I got that matching ALD hoodie too lol.

It is so good for me. vintage color and shape is so juicy !
So happy I got these during the GR release. A bit annoyed because mine came with some QC issues but overall a very solid sneaker

Hey man I was wondering if you think that the beige on the sole is painted or a beige rubber? I bought a pair off goat and didn’t notice the white scuff till after purchase ): hopings it’s a white scuff and not the brown scratched away
Hit on these for retail. Got some heel slippage for sure but overall im super happy with them.

I paid retail on these, and I don’t think I’d pay resale. Just wait for a future colourway

Those are really nice! Definitely not what I think about when I think of New balance, though.
I won that pair in the raffle. TBHI I'll be reselling them to save up for those Kobe "hall of fame" next week. I already know I'm going to lose out to the BOTS so I'm going to need some resell money. But that NB is really nice in hand.

that happened to me too :( i bought half size smaller on grailed and i’m going to sell the pair i purchased for retail.
First. I wouldn’t normally care about being “first” but I’ve been so excited for this review to come.
These are fire and not going for much compared to the ogs
I think they’re better looking than the originals and I also think they’ll be around the same price if not more than the originals eventually

Would you say the apparel is worth it? Always hesitated on getting the hoodies or other stuff because of the price point. Any thoughts?
I mean, it’s good quality but definitely ain’t cheap lol. The blanks they use are from Toronto and it’s half the price only without the ALD branding.

I actually think these don’t look good on feet...especially for the resell price there’s better sneakers out there but I do like the colour way shame they couldn’t do it on a 991 or 992 model
