14:16 "How was that?" " That was fckd". 😂 Poor Baxter had to go through the stress of that twice. Great episode fellas waiting all week to have a beer and watch it. Spat my beer out at Marc coiled like a snake at 6.15am. Stevie pissing at other campers. Last 5 minutes I was in stitches. 😂
Marc…remember you are FISHing not CALVing. Nb well done on taking that new Ranger down that drop-off Enjoying this trip so far, thoroughly entertaining 👍 Cheers
Awesome as always fellas. Marc coiled snakelike had me giggling. Props to him for putting a new half done rig down the shitter. Then eating shit in a hole and hooking himself. Keep him away from crocks for god’s sake 😂 Just out of interest, was that faulty tank a Brown Davis?
haha he really pout it all on the line for content this episode! All he needed was a fish and he would have really outdone himself 😂 It was an ARB tank. Very rare manufacturing defect from what we understand... To their credit they replaced it under warranty no questions asked and we haven't had a drama since 👍
Factory Marco Star Picket Rocksliders! 😂 Available in several shit colours on the TNA Website soon? 😂 I don’t know what hurt worse, Marc’s Rockslider fail or finding a hole in the “lava” or Treble in leg! Shit happens in 3’s and he sure won Bingo that day! Great stuff guys, loose as always! 🔥🙌🏽
Hey Adam, OLT had the steel Brown Davis tank i believe, they ended up changing it for the Long Ranger Brand. Stevie has the Plastic ARB tank. I have the same plastic one in my 79, no issues at all so far, 4 years old.
Don’t know what olt had but Greg is spot on mine is an arb tank. It was only 2 trips old and had a tiny pin hole leak. No damage around the leak so can only assume it was a manufacturing defect. To ARBs credit they replaced it for a brand new one no questions asked 👍
@TrueNorthAdventures so you have any idea what the weight saving is over the steel ranks? I've got to reinforce the ARB support comment. I had a crack in my canopy after 8 years use. ARB replaced it because it was a manufacturing defect. Was very impressed with their support.
@suitinaute tbh I'm not sure what they weigh, but, the ARB plastic tank is 180l, the brown Davis steel tank is 180l also I believe. I'd reckon the plastic is lighter than the steel, and the ARB tank uses factory mounting points, no need to modify anything.
Where's the fun in that? 😂 It is a bloody great track mate! Just gets a bit crowded at peak times like school holidays. But avoid the rush and it's one of the best out there.
Off course with all of the blood around the place a snapping handbag is coming to finish Mark off, hahahahahahah. Thanks fellas, I always damage myself more than the bush does. hahahahaha. Cheers
That was our first thought too… Turned out it wasn’t damage but a tiny manufacturing fault. To their credit ARB replaced it no questions asked under warranty 👍
That UHF wiring issue is annoying. I genuinely haven't had a single good experience with someone else working on my car so I try to just do everything myself
Yeh I usually try and do most things myself as well. Combination of knowing what’s been done and how to fix it and just that I enjoy tinkering on my car. This was a bit different though as it was under insurance work so didn’t really have a choice 😪
Next time piss in the radiator and chuck an egg with pepper in the overflow tank... won't fix the fuel leak but you can tell your kids that's how Granddad used to stop belt squeal. You're welcome.
Had a similar experience with tjm and arb... just 🐒 that don't care, no pride in their work or carefactor that you and your family could end up stranded out in the bush because of dodgy workmanship .
I haven’t had an experience like that at any of the big stores but it’s usually the fault of one worker that just couldn’t be bothered which is unfortunate because all these stores have managment and owners that only want to do the best work. I don’t envy them in the current employment market. Hard to find good help at the moment…
Nope. ARB. To their credit they replaced it under warranty no questions asked. Ive never heard of them having an issue so just think it was a very uncommon manufacturing defect.
First time I’ve seen Marc break from his calm deadpan persona into some genuine emotion, stressing for the drop in, double hook up, classic boys 😂
Yeh he was sweating bullets on the ranger not getting scratched 😂

Haha cheeers mate!!! Hope you didn't waste too much beer 😂🍻
Recently discovered the channel and loving it. Literally laughing out loud at Marc, shit writes itself.

Top tier content as usual boys, the double hook up comment from Baxter was brilliant haha
Thanks mate!! Yeh bloody crack up of a call
Great work. It just keeps getting funnier!
Glad you enjoy it!
I’ve got some great fishing spots on this section of the Wenlock- full day walking trips though.
Unreal!! The best spots are usually the hardest to get to 👍
These episodes are getting funnier and funnier 😂 love it!
Cheers mate!! 🍻

Cheers mate!! Dont feel bad I think everyone laughed except Marc 😂

It definitely wasn’t Marc’s day… at least he caught something 🤷♂️ 😂😂😂
Between Baxter dying, then coming back to life, Marc’s big day out of injuries. Well, Stevie, your up mate!! 😂
The old calf double hook up, been there lol
No fun at all 😢
😂😂😂 best video boys! Marc mate donut king 😂
How many more eps until he breaks the curse? 🤔😂

Hahahaha classic episode Lads!!. Marc you are the star😂😂
Thanks mate!!!
It’s a great episode!
What time of the year is that? We are heading there this year in September. Wondering if this is around that time. Great video
Cheers! This was in late November 👍
Bad luck comes in 3’s Mark be careful 😂 love the content boys awesome.
No fish for months. steps in hole. hook in leg.
Surely that’s 3 and the man has suffered enough… 🤷♂️ 😂😂😂
Great ep. When was this actually filmed it's so dry and palm Creek was there another line rather then doing the drop off
This was filmed end of November 2023. Yes there are other options to get down in the creek. They are a short drive away to the left of the crossing.
Love it super entertaining keep it up boys
Thanks mate!! Cheers for watching!!
I see True North Adventures, I like.
🍻
Overland travellers had trouble with the long range tank as would be interesting to know if it's the same Brand..

Phil: Our first aid sponsor needs some material.
Stevie: Okay, I'll drop a knife on my toe.
Marc: Hold my beer...
He always has to outdo me... 😂😂
New to your channel. What a crack up Mark is. Will be watching more ❤
Welcome!! Hope you enjoy the rest of the trip!! 👍
those lures work, yeoooow
Sharp hooks! 😳😂😂
Would have been a great laugh to be on that trip with 4 cunny funts!
p.s. I thought you let Mark off the hook too easy. :-/
CHeers mate!! DOnt worry we never let him forget it 😂
Was a funny episode lads 😂
Cheers mate!! 🍻
We still love you Marc 😂
😂😂
You boys just getting better thanks to mark 😂
Cheers mate!! Marc taking one for the show 😂😂
@@TrueNorthAdventures just got me hooked on this video as was Marc🤣👌🍺
@jeofflemon5561 😂😂😂
Got to love the weight saving chairs and yr driving a land cruiser?
Yeah, space saving too though and when we do our river floats they are really the only option space wise.
Nearly spat my beer out at the end - double hook up 😂
Baxters best line for a few years…. Was worth the wait.
What month was this filmed cheers
End of November 2023 👍
@@TrueNorthAdventures thanks for replying mate👍🏻 it did seem quite dry..
Glad you blokes did that track…. So now I won’t have to. 😏
Maybe crimp all your barbs just to be safe 😎🍺🇦🇺

🙌🍻
The old Cape York Calf fish ay Marc.
It'll happen one day mate, theres plenty of fish in the sea.
😂😂 any bets on how many episodes it takes him to catch one? 🤷♂️
@TrueNorthAdventures should make that a give away comp.
I'll bet 3 more eps... but he hooks a finger before a fish 😆
Gold
Thanks mate! 🙌
Them ARB tanks are ment to be bullet proof ! WTF ?
And I have one in my 79 Dualcab.
That was our first thought too… Turned out it wasn’t damage but a tiny manufacturing fault.
To their credit ARB replaced it no questions asked under warranty 👍
The saying is .. not my monkeys, not my circus

Arb Plastic fuel tanks, how stupid
Actually a bloody good tank! They take a beating and very rare that you hear of a problem. Just unlucky I think 🤷♂️
Let me Guess.... It's a Brown Davis Fuel Tank... USELESS...
Nope. ARB. To their credit they replaced it under warranty no questions asked.
Ive never heard of them having an issue so just think it was a very uncommon manufacturing defect.
Righto I can understand drilling a hole in a fuel tank for content, but purposefully hooking yourself? Cmon!
😂😂 Pure commitment!
