I just came to check your channel and was greeted with a new review. Noice! So glad that after 10 years your still posting great content and with consistency.
I also always used to take Snake Eyes along every mission as well for his jumps and ammo saving utility. This was a hard fucking game, so I appreciate you showing many of your injuries and deaths. Watching speed runners or perfectionists is fine as a lark, but it's cool to see someone know the game, but still get blasted by it during certain points; all while not making a big deal about the games' difficulty, you allow it to speak for itself. I'm 41, so I played this as a youngling on the original hardware, and finally beat it after like 90 attempts. Anyways, thanks for the video, I was thoroughly entertained.
Not sure how many times you died but this is an impressive walkthrough, this game is brutal in terms of difficulty, i never could beat it back in the day and i don't think i knew anyone who did.
I wonder what the next ranking the soundtrack will be? I did send a list of ones I would like to see a while back (don't remember which video I left it on), none of which he has covered yet, but I'm going to add Adventures in the Magic Kingdom to that list.
The sequel “The Atlantis Factor” has the WORST password system in the entire history of passwords in video gaming. It consists of FOURTEEN figures that resemble Tic Tac Toe boards with one alpha/numeric/symbol digit to place in one of the nine spaces of the fourteen boards! 🤯
Cool! Any other review/walkthrough you can do next. Possibly something like: Crystalis, Willow, Strider or even Rambo for NES? Maybe sequels to other games like Castlevania II or Zelda II... Or even something like X-men or Gunstar Heroes for Genesis... Underrated game though.
I really enjoyed this game so thanks for the recommendation. Tho I've been told Blizzard can shoot thru walls and Snake Eyes doesn't use ammo. Wish I knew those sooner...
I noticed you found the hidden buzz boar in the three buzz boar boss fight at the end but didn't mention to how get it. The foot soilders would be Vipers technically.
Going along with that, a little info per issue 22 of Nintendo Power. After you beat the game, you can play through it again with the checkpoints in the bases moved around, and if you beat that and still want to play some more, there's a third go around that has hidden checkpoints.
Cool review, GI Joe is a iconic franchise, and this game was a good one😀I also watched the cartoons and had the toys, also I was wondering why did you have 2B-1 from Empire Strikes Back among the figures? 📺
love how aqua always sounds annoyed 😂😂😂😂 "go left here then go here ( deep breath) then go over here .... 😂😂
Dude...spot on 😂😂😂
Lol, right
Hey Megadan, I didn't know you also watch this channel too? 😄👍

I knew someone who had it! 🖐️😃

Surprised I never played this as a kid. Some of the gameplay and the variety of attacks remind me of Batman, which was a classic.
Awesome work, Aqualung!
I noticed Mission 3-1 is mislabeled as 3-3.
