Yes, Dave tells jokes about gay and trans and the LGBTQ community took offense to it. I thought most of those jokes were pretty funny and harmless but you can't tell someone else how to feel.
Recently, he's also told some Jewish jokes that got him a little bit of backlash. The willingness to go there, is to me what makes Chappelle so great though. It really isn't a line he won't cross.

It's garbage that they want to act like thst when they know good and well they love the joke's about everything and everyone else except the ones that are about their race or community.
@@mista4700 I think it's B.S. too. It's jokes, all jokes are about someone or something any person may have a different opinion on. It's not a comedians job to now what each individual is sensitive about, their jobs are to create currently relevant jokes and Chappelle is great at it.
