I was doing construction work on the second floor of a three story building, I heard a crash, I looked around to see where the noise came from and I see a pair of legs hanging outside a window opening. I grabbed him and pulled him in. He was wearing zero safety equipment.

i do hope they'll give a solution after the potential danger and i think i could think of one with one guy hanging over the safety railing and it is 2 people wear harnesses with a cable and of course one stays in the safety railing and keeps the cable in tension in case his coworker falls with another cable in tension on a bar further back
