I recomed you to use Moises.ia, it's a program that allows you to separate songs into diferents tracks, it is not the one I use because I normally use the original song as a backing track but I think it is a good option. (sorry for the bad english btw).

Pero lo que si hago a veces es quitarle medios a la pista original, con eso la guitarra se escucha menos y puedo encajar la mia mas facil, pero son mañas para grabar nada mas xd Si lo que quieres es practicar, con subir el vol. de tu guitarra es suficiente ;
