nothing like an old timer listening to pink floyd wish you were here riding on one of the greatest machines of all time
gotta strive to be this man
I'm 74 now. I still ride. Love this guy. Thank you.
Good for you, i had to stop they said my naps were dangerous. I sure miss riding.
Viagara is awesome !
Ok Boomer
I'll bet you got some stories you could tell.
@@sid2112 Yup. But some are best left untold. No regrets though.😊
весь смысл в наслаждении от управления этим чудом независимо от возраста 😍 мне 77 и я бы смог управлять мотоциклом но негде ездить и пересел на авто Здоровья тебе !!!
What a refreshing change to see a thin rear tyre. It looks right also. Well done to the builder.
I'm amazed to see Leonardo Da Vinci on his original bike!
Saxon....A POS mentally.
whats a pos about it
Let's see your latest build "Saxon"!
+Saxon ... Nobody else will say it so I will. You are a fucking idiot.
SAXON IS SHIT
Never seen a bobber with a set of thin tires. I really like the look. Makes it look light and clean and puts attention on the engine and tank. Very good looking ride.
Who won
Looks like shit with the tires
Pink Floyd playing in the background - all the more authentic and loveable.
This is me in 10 years , im actually buying a new bike and growing my beard and hair . I've raied 7 sons and im happily divorced and retired and im 60 this year . Its Lloyd time now.
Let's go man!

This guy rocks!
He is the classic old guy up the road who truly rides with style!
Real!
Hipsters can only dream of what this guys does so naturally!!
Proud PICT so true. I remember my first ride jockey shift 73 FLH hard tail. Back when it wasn't the fashion.
Beautiful, a man and his bike, sorry folks I'm a harley rider but I'm unimpressed with the way they are heading at the moment, some of the shit they are about to turn out ain't the HD I know ,I'd hate to see it ruin the Marque.
If I got old like him, I wanna ride a bike like that.
@@donreeves977 Everything just turnes to shit in modern times, that's why you stick to the old stuff!

The irony is...This guy probably never expected to get old....I know I didn't.
This dude makes getting old something to look forward to,and certainly not something to dred
Do you know that is...?
I wouldnt think so,, for sure.
He‘s 36 years old though
Bullshit!

Nice!
Good to see some of us old kick starter, true suicide clutch, jockey shift riders are still around. Nice bike.
what an amazing bike, you can see the hard work and love put into building it... Thanks for sharing this with us
Oil tank in the gas tank so nothing under the seat. I love all that open space it really looks naked
Amazing piece of art on two wheels. Gandalf taking a ride on a Harley. Now that’s classic.
“Ride you fools!”
One of the better customs I have seen. And the gentleman obviously knows how to start a harley
Love the look. The disc brakes look badass and Floyd in the background fit in perfectly.

When he rides off you can see why the sound has been called "The Devil's Fart". To be honest I think that is a compliment rather than an insult. Great noise. There is also a quote I like, "One Harley sounds good, two together sound fantastic, and three sound like the arrival of Armageddon".
thats truly art. your an amazing builder. thank you for sharing your work with us.
One of the hardest bikes I ever seen
I'm glad your friend found the engine. Good friend to let you have it back.
Wow.......
Nice to see
2 old timers (flat head ,shovelhead,Harley.) hit the road 2gether.....

What else do you expect when God himself rides it

Wow! Me in 50 years...
Love this guy 😍
Hum... Skinny rear almost makes sense in gravel. Fkin' nice ride, for bare bones, open primary, rigid, the seat of which would sure as hell need 3 more springs for my fat old ass. Love it, guys!
Yep! Awesome rare Magnum! I like dual carbs on it! just fabulous!
Looks like dual throat D'elorto's
Thats attitude ! 👍🇺🇸. well done !
Yes sir! That's how it's done son!!!!
Much respect my brother.
Son? How old are you, 97?
Thanks for first preserving a piece of American history!
I love that pink floyd back sound before he started the engine 😂
Nice all the way around from the rider to the bike
Can’t help but smile when the bike fires up and fills my ears.
Nice to see , this is how a HD should be . NOT a yuppie sandshoe ride .

Skeleton bike. Talk about minimalist. I love it
I’d of given a thumbs up for the Floyd, but that shovel sounds rad!
Wild bike Brother . I'm fussy but that is a cool built. I remember going to a party many years ago and someone fired up a Pan Head. the flames that cam out of the Exhaust and the sound at night were something to behold . it ran like a dream .
I can't even imagine the burnouts this thing. Could do with that skinny tire lol
1 of the coolest thing that I have had the honor of experience. That is the most awesome old Dude's I will see ever.
Frankenstein breathes again with twin carbs and magneto. Yes, the beast also stops with fore and aft Brembos. I like the inverted front fork, and what is that? An old Kawasaki KZ headlamp? The ol' Codger's Cobbled Cruiser is righteous, indeed.

Foot clutch and Jockey shift ! Real o'l school Class ! Especially the Flathead bottom end and the Shovelhead jugs and heads .
Never thought that Santa Claus is that cool !

So nice to see someone kick start a bike the right way. STRADDLE THE BIKE when you kick it. You never stand on one side of it. That's the first give away of a wanna be biker
Blades 22 they think they look cool doing it like that standing on one side while kicking it. Stupid squids.
Who the fuck cares how a guy kicks over his bike ?
I've been kicking my pan on one side for 37 years. Guess I'm a wanna be. 42 years on kickers.
Does tank shifting make me gay also?
@@railroadmikekendall9403 rode kick start pans and shovels for years and I always kick started from the side.

You got 675 people that are jealous..nice bike brother keep on riding!
We're only two lost souls swimming in a fish bowl, year after year
A Flathead and a Shovelhead are the 2 lost souls that found each other.
Amazing build !
Never knew a 45' Magnum could be made this way ( Bigger ) , I'm assuming that the cylinders have to be welded in like the flathead/ironhead type of cyliner swap ? How many cc's ? Asking as I know they have to be stroked & its a normal conversion to put the 74' flywheel into a 45' to get a (approx) 950cc racing flathead. This is a real interesting bike & makes me wish I had a copy of that old book called , What fits hat on Harley Davidson , as well as The Custom Chopper Cookbook . Seems those publications sorta fell out of favor after the US fell in love w/Evo's & most riders sold their Knuck's, Pan's, Shovel's & Ironheads to get new Evo powered bikes. Gotta love the twin carbs, modern upside down forks & huge rotor disc brakes on this though, the best of old school hot rodding w/the best handleing & braking TY for posting & wishing you many years of safe & fun riding.
The UL is a 74" flathead. Maybe 96" Sidewinder pistons & jugs/shovel top end to make 88"(???)
TY for the info. I love learning about the earlier engines & their modifications, My Grandfather had a WLA & he put the 74" flywheel & different carb on his yrs ago to get it to go a bit faster when I was a teenager. It remains the oldest bike I ever got to ride ( also the classiest )
I read all the posts and you are the only one like myself that asked... how did this bozo fit a flathead bottom to a shovel top when I believe you and I both know it's a pan shovel...
@@tompeppint.v.3803 You're the Bozo, that's not a shovel pan, the pushrod tubes are parallel on this bike like a Sportster, on a 74 they are in V shape. The magneto is under the carb like a Sportster, on an FL the distributor is between the generator and the front cylinder.
@@bigredc222 flathead isn't interchangeable with shovel... I I believe
