Read surah falaq and surah nass three times after fajr and maghrib..sleep with wuzu..do not miss your salaat...do ruqya on yourself..read quran every day...if you are affected by jinns, the attacks will increase. Do not stop. Ask dua for Allah to protect and help you..

You don't need to get all the ingredients.(whatever available,main are sidaar leaves(feuille mason ), black seed, olive oil,senna,honney..)
Ajwa dates.
Sidaar leaves..
Kristal hindi(roots n powder)..
Olive oil(read rukya on)
Honney..
Black seed(oil)..
Rock salt(big salt cube)..if cant find use sea salt..
Sennah.
Apple cider vinigar.
Black musk (aktaar,read rukya on)
Rukya water..
Eat and drink fresh and nutaral food..

👉CEDAL LEAVES(feuile mason).. GHUSAL
Plz start every action with..
Bismillah tawakaltu allalah lahawla walakuwata..3 times..
And make niyaat to take a cedal leaves shower according to the instruction of our messenger mohamed(saw) and for it to become a shiifaa and weapon ..
METHOD..
Read ayatul kursi on 7 cedal leaves individually..(a leaf equivalent if using powder).... and lightly spit and blow on each one
CRUSH leaves into a paste with a couple of drops of rukya water..
Add to rukya water..
(to prepare the rukya water, read the surahs in the rukya bath list)
Extra ayat to Read on cedal leave shower..
surah 36 from ayat 68 to the end of the surah the rukya water...and plenty of surah falaaq n naas..as much as you can 3,5,7 times..up to you..
After shower and ghusul, Pour the mixture on you, (head first,right shoulder 2nd,and then on left shoulder..
Plz, do not rinse with fresh water after, It is meant to stay on the body..
You can wipe yourself with a towel...the more debri that stays on the body and hair the better..
Inshallah the instructions make sense..

( to break sherr in the tummy)
Bismillah tawakaltu allalah lahawla walakuwata.
make niyaat with full tawakal in allah swt to break any sherr in the body with this sunnah..

👉FAJAAR AND MAGRIB ADGHAAR (douas for protection )
*Ibn al-Qayyim said*, "The morning and evening adhkār play the role of a shield; the thicker it is the more its owner will not be affected. Rather, its strength can reach to such an extent that the arrow shot at it will bounce back to affect the one who shot it."
*Shaykh Uthaymeen said*, "The morning and evening adhkār are a stronger fortress than the wall of Ya'jooj and Ma'jooj, for the one who says it while his heart is present.
*And Ibn Salah said*, "Whoever maintains the morning and evening adhkar, the adhkar after the prayers, and the adhkār before sleeping will be written among those "who remember Allaah much.""
*Ibn Katheer said*, "Wear the 'coat' of adhkar so it can protect you from the evils of humans and jinn. And cover your souls with istighfar so it can erase the sins of the night and day.

Imaam an-Nawawi رحمه الله said:
“Reciting the Qur'aan is the most important of adhkar, which should be done regularly. No day or night should be without reciting and it may be attained by reciting a few verses.” ● [كتاب الأذكـار للنـووي ١٢٢٥/٢]
Ibn Jawzi رحمه الله تعالى said:
“The one who has a Mushaf must recite it everyday of whatever is easy for him, lest he be from those who have forsaken the Qur’aan.“ ● [الآداب الشرعية ٢\٣٠٠]
Ibn Abbas رضي الله عنه said:
“Allaah took responsibility for who reads the Qur'aan & ACTS ON what is in it; he won’t go astray in this life nor despair in the Hereafter.“ ● [مفتاح دار السعادة ٥٨/١]
Ibn Mas'ood رضي الله عنه said:
“Qur’aan is the Speech of Allaah, uncreated, so indeed whoever loves Qur’aan then he loves Allaah.”

Narrated Abu Huraira (ra): Allah’s Apostle (peace and blessings be upon him) said, “Whoever says, ‘Subhan Allah wa bihamdihi,’ one hundred times a day, will be forgiven all his sins even if they were as much as the foam of the sea.”

`Bismillahil-ladhi la yadurru ma`as-mihi shai’un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama’i, wa Huwas-Sami`ul-`Alim
(In the Name of Allah with Whose Name there is protection against every kind of harm in the earth or in the heaven, and He is the All-Hearing and All-Knowing),’nothing will harm him.”[Abu Dawud and At-Tirmidhi](Riyad-us-Saliheen - Hadith No. 1457
