I love watching and listening to y’all. I am a single Dad with a 5 year old daughter. I’m trying to teach her all I know. We love watching your shows together
Its great watching you and your Dad work together. As you get older you will value all the time together and the skills he taught you! Cheers from Canada
Thank the Lord for that climate. and for batteries. Where I live, snow, cold weather way below freezing, no plug ins except a small distance away for the electrical cord, a vehicle that would get stuck in the snow, and ice on the road. More importantly, no beautiful Hannah Barron! That is why I used to love to hunt. Peace and quiet! Lol!
Your dad is one bad ass father. A man with many talents. I enjoy both ur guys channels. Juss pure joy love and aloha between you 2. Much mahalos for sharing
Can’t wait for the finish and thanks for sharing. Your dad and I are both 70 models lol. I personally believe one of the if not the last hard working generations. So glad that you have developed the love for the great outdoors. A little money and a lot of sweat equity means a lot and has a greater value than cash alone. You will never forget these times. Great job Hannah and Jeff aka (dad). God Bless you both!!
It's a wonderful life ,ain't it Hannah . All the money in the world can't buy the time you get to spend working and playing with your dad . Reminds me of me and my dad. Damn I miss him, would give all I own for one more day like this.
Hannah, thanks for not being fake like all the other women on the internet. If I ever have to show someone what a real woman is like, or supposed to be like, I'm going to show them your videos. You're really saving the reputation of women all over the world who just care about living life and not forcing their opinions on other human beings but instead choose to spend their time doing anything that can actually be called productive. Like, think of a single mother going out hunting boar for her kids or making a pontoon boat for them to ride in. Those are the kind of women mankind really needs right now. Thanks for preserving the real identity of women.
Hannah, enjoy all of your videos and enjoy your spunk and willingness to tackle anything. That covered pontoon boat will be great. God bless you and keep on keeping on!!
I typically stay away from the manipulative T&A channels, but this girl is something different. Cute as a button. Accent to melt your heart. Good straight forward attitude....Count me in!
My father grew up during the Depression he saved everything he had a broken picnic table bench in the backyard for years I cut it up for firewood and burned it when he was on vacation he wasn't back one day and he's asking about where that picnic bench was he had a running inventory in his head we just laughed he wasn't laughing when I told him I burned it. My hats off to your family 4 using what you have and repurposing it.
Hannah's drill skills are on point. Perfect angle no skipping and great trigger control, all with old screws to boot. Just throwing this out there. Having another camera set on a tripod for the boat build could give you some other shots to put in your vids.
you guys are doing the best you can not everybody is rich and cann afford not to save money i admire you for trying to do your best by saving money you and your dad are what make us all appreciate you
Use a metal aquare tubing for frame, it's readily available at places that sell like stucco netting/mesh. Not Lowes or Home Depot type stores, specialty building supply places. This tubing comes in different diameters, lengths etc., easy to work with, can use self tappers don't have to drill, and is fairly inexpensive. In my area (Kentucky, WV, Va.) it is used extensively in mobile/modular homes for stucco skirting instead of that vinyl or the much more expensive block/brick to cover the area beneath the house as a faux foundation cover. Just fyi., in case you may me interested. Hope this info can be helpful. Good luck!
I hate this throw away society! That being said - My father passed away in December as matriarch of a long line of packrats. I have been trying to break the cycle by having my grandchildren help me to clear out the closets, barn, shed and garage. Were finding memories that some want to keep and stuff we can move on to free up space - and with the help of the local auction center and ebay, the money will go to their college funds!
You know Hannah, You're pretty handy. Not only that. You can bring home tha Bacon and fry it up in the pan. I'm impressed 😁 Your parents raised you right.
Queso, you should try the quesadillas they are easy to make, it's just a tortilla with cheese. All you have to do is cut the cheese and make it where it's like strips and then place the tortilla on a pan on the stove and put the cheese right away so the cheese melts at the same time as the tortilla gets hot and bam you can use a mild hot sauce with it. They are easy to make don't take to much and they taste good. Quesadillas.😁👍🏼Word of advice to remove the old seal in the widows you can use a little propane torch just don't get it to close where the metal will work or bend and heated up a little bit or a hot blower will work too and the putty knife will slide like butter. Also they sell rubber seals with a side with tape so you can just stick a new seal on there or just do it like you said put a beat of coming and the hang it. By the way you and your dad are making every man's proyect dreams. Good stuff👍🏼
Hannah working and recording. Multitalented! I love you so much Hannah. Your the best! I love watching your videos. Your dad is awesome. God bless you Hannah xo
Live that life everyday 👍❤️ wouldn’t have it any other way ur channel has gotten people back to who they really are god bless and thanks 🙏🎣🦌🦃we love ya keep on u really inspire my 15yr old daughter we appreciate the dedication😀oh and come hog hunt I think I commented on ur dad’s channel to come on👍 his channel is growing big time!!! Love y’all ❤️🙏🦌🎣
If it were just up to Hannah she woulda bought all new windows. But with Dad leading the project, Hannah will appreciate the boat so much more, from the hard meticulous labor, and then also the $$ saved. . . Luv Yall !
I get crap from EVERYONE as well because I save anything that can be used in the future. I don’t know how many times the same people that give me crap has stopped over to see if I have this or that and I do, I like to reuse. It saves tons of money!! Love ya all
If you use plywood for your walls and decking, you should try that Flex Seal liquid sealant. It suppose to be water proof and dries as flexible rubber finish.
This might sound a little bit creepy but all i need is a lawn chair, cooler, can a snuff, and a grill and i could watch and listen to Hannah all day!!!!
I built a 30ft Landau Party barge into a double decker Houseboat, with AC/Bathroom with Shower, Kitchen counter, Kitchen Cabinets, small Hot water tank and LED Lighting throughout. I spent only $2,100 dollars for everything. See if you have a wholesale RV center close by. I even bought my windows and doors all aluminum. If, you can send me info, I can send you pictures, before, during and after. It took me by myself 2-1/2 years to build it in my back yard. Had lots of fun with it. Did some traveling short and long term. Heard you say using your old windows and wood, ok if they are supported to handle waves, wind an heavy rain. I will follow you as you build. If, I can answer any questions, please let me know. I have been boating for over 30 years and presently own a 60 foot fully loaded Houseboat on the St. John's river. Also, just finished a 27ft. pontoon (fiberglass) deck boat. Can send pics of this as well.
Either keep the construction very light ... or plan to add one additional “toon” amidship .... in the middle. Regular pontoon boats aren’t designed for “structural” weight. One fellow had oversized aluminum pontoons made (3) for his houseboat. Built a basic and yet very practical “mini house and even then kept it light and his turned out great. The patio on the front made river dives ... and bbq swim parties allot of fun by way of “let down” on a hinge ... aluminum steps. Easy on ... easy off. Have fun being creative !!!!!!
You could build a 2x4 wall... just have to make the holes for the window wider to receive a 1 inch or 1.5 inch window frame for the trim... it'll just be recessed... you're gonna want some insulation... better to have a 2x4 wall setup than a1x...
I couldnt see the "square heads" very well when you flashed it in front of the camera but it looked like a fat Philips style. A true square recessed head (Robertson) is the absolute best option in my opinion. They stay on the screwdriver so you dont have to hold the screw before it gets started. That makes things faster.
It's funny I live in Massachusetts and I have that exact same putty knife, small world. Fun project BTW, hard to find even a pontoon boat in that shape around my area, they still want a lot of money for them. I'll keep looking.
You have SOME patience girly! I woulda just wire wheeled that crap off and made one hell of a mess! Good on ya for helping out your old man though. I'm sure he appreciates it! 😉
Happy boat 🚣♀️ building to you both the hard work that’s going into the build will soon pay off Hanna and pops best of everything to ya preciate y’all ✌️
I am sure you appreciate your Dad /Pops he is awsum ...I used to call may dad pops after speed racer ...way before your time ....and I love how your pops mention Sandford @ sun
Looks like some of those old screws you were removing are stainless, which is the right choice for marine applications. My thought is that maybe y'all should put them in their own "bucket". Just a thought... That said, y'all are some impressive folk with them building skills!! (referring to what we've already seen of the progress in the live stream on Jeff's channel the other day)
Those little screws that you say have a square head are called clutch head screws. They were used a lot in mobile homes for years .Not sure if Now , but that's what they are.
I love watching and listening to y’all. I am a single Dad with a 5 year old daughter. I’m trying to teach her all I know. We love watching your shows together
All day , every day
That girl is so cute. It is so nice that father and daughter are able to do projects together. He's a very blessed man. I envy him.
Its great watching you and your Dad work together. As you get older you will value all the time together and the skills he taught you!
Cheers from Canada

Hanna, in case you don't know, when using pressure treated wood, they have special screws to use so that the screw doesn't rust out very fast
The boat is looking good 👍. I see you and the southern MacGyver are kicking butt and taking names. You two are very talented.
It is going to be very nice. Love how great you, & your Dad work together on any project! Love you guy’s, stay healthy, be safe, God Bless everyone.

You know Hannah, You're pretty handy. Not only that. You can bring home tha Bacon and fry it up in the pan. I'm impressed 😁 Your parents raised you right.
This is really fun to watch. Love the he invents as he goes.
Robert Navigato congrats bro. This is the best comment I've seen. Too bad other commenters don't take note.
Using what you have and saving money is simply awesome:)
That's what makes it so fun to take apart. With the many different screw heads.
A forest, a chainsaw and a rock Jeff can Build you a yacht.
Hannah you and your dad are amazing.

If it were just up to Hannah she woulda bought all new windows. But with Dad leading the project, Hannah will appreciate the boat so much more, from the hard meticulous labor, and then also the $$ saved. . . Luv Yall !
Also you can hang a sign on the porch behind the cooker that says "Got bit , Bitin back. " lol
Great video, Hannah. This project is amazing. Your Dad is a Master Carpenter...I mean boat builder.
“On the udderside” and “probly need dem”.
I’m not the only one! Nice!

Understand, when you don't live on a thousand acres of land, it's tough keeping stuff.
Yup, and as soon as you throw something out, sure enough that's when you need it!
Good thing that you were able to help dad. I don't think that he could have reached half of those screws and bolts.
Hannas dad really comes across as a guy that is always ahead of the game. He doesn’t see problems, he only sees solutions..👍
If you use plywood for your walls and decking, you should try that Flex Seal liquid sealant. It suppose to be water proof and dries as flexible rubber finish.
Love the safety toe construction crocs!!! Lol. Saw the livestream. Its movin along nice!!
Hey Neighbor!! The floatin shack looks great!!! Hello from Ole South Georgia!!

I prefer square over philips and torx over square. They make a combination phillips square which is not very good either.
So tough Hannah and great Jeff...big hugs from Indonesia.
That Sealer Putty is a real Cow to get off, warming it up with a Hear Blower helps.
Always good to save it, you never know when you can reuse it
got to love those industrial crocs , steel toe cap non slip soles .......;-)
Coming along nicely
I saw the live yesterday and the boat already look amazing. It will be a very good one. Keep the good work. Love your vídeos

Sanford and son reference!?! Love yall for real now ;)
Hanna looks so much like my Aunt when she was young she was only five foot tall and a war hero from WW2 and one great lady I sure miss her.
With the boat deck stripped down you have yourself a blank canvas to start from new on.
Man I wish there were a few billion of you hannah!
You have SOME patience girly! I woulda just wire wheeled that crap off and made one hell of a mess! Good on ya for helping out your old man though. I'm sure he appreciates it! 😉
Happy boat 🚣♀️ building to you both the hard work that’s going into the build will soon pay off Hanna and pops best of everything to ya preciate y’all ✌️
You got me in the mood for boating so I got the Intex Exployer 2 all blown up in the living room but it’s snowing.
use that pudding stuff for a pot-hole in the road, or heat it up and scrape into the seams around the hull.
I like the larger torx deck screws, they seldom break or strip out.
Lookin' gooood...! 👍🏼😉
I LOVE HOW YOU SAY NECKED!
Lovely Crocs shoes. 😋
"Sanford and son" 😂🤣
Love watching y'all
I am sure you appreciate your Dad /Pops he is awsum ...I used to call may dad pops after speed racer ...way before your time ....and I love how your pops mention Sandford @ sun
Perfect Hannah ⛴⛴⛴

Those little screws that you say have a square head are called clutch head screws. They were used a lot in mobile homes for years .Not sure if Now , but that's what they are.
Great job.
Loving the content. Great information and great video! Keep it up.
Cool project 😎👍
I made homemade Menudo with all the fixings too here in Desoto , Texas Hannah and Jeff
Use an old muffin pan to keep them screws sorted.
I like that idea
