Well I recently purchased this same type of combo machine but I am not successful to use it. When I set up temperature and apply the heat, the design doesn’t transfer to the subject at all. I am so frustrated

I set the temperature and time but the image on the paper just don't transfer at all. I make sure the mugs, paper and ink is for sublimation. What I notice ones I put the mug at the machine the temperature stars going down. After time the paper looks like burn but the image stay there. Please help me.
Do you need to mount this machine to your surface when I swivel the machine it tilts so I am assuming you have to mount which I’m not sure I want to do as it takes up a lot of space

One missing step is how to design and print the design that you print onto mugs etc... and that is the most difficult part!

I have this machine but I can't get the temperature to rise to the level I need it to be. Can you tell why this is happening please?
Same here. It will only allow me to choose heat up to 180 but the heat goes higher on it's own and I have no way to control it.
