I’m so glad you have a friend like Ray. Ray you’re a great handsome guy. Thanks for helping our buddy Russell. It was nice seeing City Girl, Junebug and Willow. Take care 🥰🥰
I love when you and Ray work together to build things. ❤ I don't really understand the entire dock process, but it is calming and soothing to watch. I love how easy it was to put the remaining cabinets together. And finally, City Girl!!! Thank you for another wonderful episode. I kept waiting for you to fix the dock, and finally it is done! 👏 Have a wonderful weekend!
Damn, that was a jam packed episode, like all the energy was saved until it just burst wide open into this work mode of kicking all these jobs left and right, the place will never be the same!! Ray’s got the know how, the van, the right tools, the mustache, the energy, the nice hair, the waders, the nice toilet, rugged good looks and probably all the headlamps one could ever need....he is the total package that Ray, wish there were more Rays, the world is so much better with Ray!!!
Looks like your support chat helped. Good to see you warm your chain saw up before going into the big cuts. People that fire up a chain saw and go at it 100% without a warm up are prone to cold seizes and piston damage. Glad the vids is up. Ray, you are a boss.
Hey Russell! Lots of stuff got done. Nice to have the kitchen complete and the dock fixed. The little beaver sitting on the floating duck platform was a really cute shot. 🙂👍👍🌲🐕🐕
It's great to see Ray again, he's one cool dude and damn smart too boot, Russ make sure that you keep his friendship alive for an eternity he's that great! It was really nice to see Alesha again, she's a keeper! Btw Russ, my daughter bought Rose's Grenadine and to my taste buds it's a NAH, too damn sweet, I'll keep it around for them times times when I need something for my sparkling water, as I still don't drink booze, I'm just not into anymore.
Ray is the kind of friend that if you are lucky enough to have in your life you appreciate the hell out of them and consider yourself very lucky. Cool guy! I like the kitchen
Fun video to watch. The kitchen cupboards look beautiful. What a great friend you have in Ray. He installed those cupboards perfectly and did a great job on your dock. You might want to keep a headlamp in your jacket pocket or somewhere on the ATV so you always have it handy. Ray's cottage is beautiful and what a lovely property. Glad to see city girl. Have a wonderful weekend.
well happy you got up and running again Russell. That was some wind blowing across the pond there at the start burrr . also nice to see you had a good day to harvest some wood for this winter great start.. All the joys of living off grid eh always something to do . WOW Ray is such an awesome friend he did a wonderful job in the kitchen with the cupboards and got your dock set back up nice and pretty , well done Ray! thanks for helping Russel with these projects bet he is very appreciative, as will be city girl. Nice to see you again . Hi Alicia great to see you again , bet you were surprised to see what was done at the camp. Russ maybe keep a headlamp in your jacket or on the ATV. maybe you just had too much on your mind easy to forget. what a great video Cheers to both of you and Ray.
Wow, wow wow!! Absolutely a great video!! You got so much done!! So glad to see you feel better to get it all done. Ray is such a great friend!! So good to see you back too Alicia!!
I was so excited to see you fixing the dock, I don't know why it gives me so much joy but a lake with a wooden dock and a boat are my idea of heaven on earth! What a good friends you and handsome Ray are, everyone should have a friend like Ray. Handy, handsome and fun. That drink looked horrible, yikes better than an IPA is about better than sewer water, lol! Try an Aloha Sunset. A shot of grenadine, one shot each of peach schnapps and white tequila and fill rest of glass with white grapefruit juice (only kind in carton, no canned stuff) and lots of ice. My cousin created it while living on a boat in Hawaii. Apparently when you drink a pitcher of them, you may slide off the boat and everyone else shouts "ALOHA!" 💜💜🌲🌲💜💜
You’re lucky to have a friend like Ray! He seems like a very cool guy and good friend! Cherish the good friends you have in life and support them! They can be hard to come by…
By ATV, I hauled in a blue plastic barrel, the components for expanding foam, & fiberglass/2part epoxy. Cut the barrel for a mold, then fiberglassed the foam when it came out of the mold. Trucker ratchet straps hold the platform to the floats. I can move it around our lake with a trolling motor, & pull it onshore during hockey season (rehabbed an old Zamboni for skating & drift racing it on our snow machine coned racing course. The dock would not cost much to build.
Oh so nice to have the cabinets finished and City Girl can now get those counter tops. Thanks handsome Ray and great friend of the family for building beautiful cabinets and fixing the dock. That’s a great log splitter. Be well and safe beautiful people.
I love the Ray episodes, so much gets done! What a great friend! You should consider making some stone steps down to the dock, like in the other property. It will be much safer to get down there.
Great video and great job on the docks and cupboards they look awesome and what a great, capable man Ray is..stay safe folks and thanks for sharing---- "pea soup" :-)
Your vlogs are easy on the eyes and mind. No rush just a gentle pace. As for City Girl she’s a treasure and her cooking skills are brilliant bringing the sustenance you need and love. Treasure her Russell always. A fun couple. Be safe always.
Russell, we all have friends like Ray and we all have friends like you. The yin and yang, the peanut butter and jelly, the ham and burger, the subway sandwich and lettuce. I'd love to see a video of you and Ray sharing the history of your friendship. Take care brother and give the girls a pet from me!
Ray is a wonderful friend and so helpful. You guys got a lot done in 2-3 days. I really like your wood splitter too. Top notch. Aww, poor June Big, she is so scared sometimes. The kitchen cabinets look great. Very good video. 💞🎄⛄🎄🎅
Hi Russell, thanks for sharing! So nice to see you take that moment during work to pat your dogs. Warms my heart. You do a lot of different things here. My favourite is you doing and discribing a task. You do tell a good story, and I want to hear more.
So nice of Ray to come and help and for you to do the same for his dock. Eric as part of his job has to put in and take out several dock every year. The wind was wicked the other week,no power on Stoney for several hours.
🥳 Glad the dock is repaired. Sir Ray, Thanks a Million! for all your kindness... more ygan that, one cannot measure the worth of your friendship. ('you're a good man Charlie Brown'). 👏🏻 🤗 Blessed Holy season to you and your's. 🎁 Good seeing you Russel and City Girl. Blessings. 💖 🙏🏻 Shalom.
I really like you two wonderful people and Ray of course, we must not forget your friend with whom you make so many interesting projects, you work so good together. I really think a lot about how great it is to see how well you both seem to thrive and to enjoy life with a cocktail like that once in a while just make life even better. All the best to all of you and your fantastic dogs as well.
Get a. Can of starting fluid save your arms. I had both biceps ripped from over doing it after 50 years of who knows what they have. One sewed back together. With my heart troubles and now the flu and covid I don't know when I'll get the other one done. A spray of starting fluid well also links in the life of your recoil rope on that log slither. Happy trails!
Don't forget you have that little cable come along. Would have been perfect to lift that dock up . I would have put that missing post in 2x10 across the top of both post and hook to come along in the middle. It sure looks good though. Thanks from all of us. I believe the two of you will be down there having raspberry rock cocktails.
Deck the halls the dock is DONE!!!You have a good friend in Ray!Hes a jack of all trades. And the kitchen cabinets look great too.Your cabin is looking like a castle.Cool beans guys!!Now get the tree up.
I can honestly say this video had a first for me. I never saw a man sit on a stool and stack fire wood in my whole life lol. So glad you got that damn dock fixed. I was going to suggest getting a big truck tire inner-tube and put under it then inflate it. I know you have a good magnet to get the socket back out of the water. Oh yes city girl is beautiful. I can't say that for Ray as he just is not my type.Good friends for life are few and far between. You two work well together. Wishing you a super wonderful week. God bless.
You two guys are an amazing team! Always fun to watch you work. But have to admit, I was laughing pretty much all the way throughout the two little boats. Don't know how you managed it and to keep your balance and not lose the boats or wind up in the brink. Yet you did it! I don't understand why you floated half the other dock away from shore. I must have missed something you said. Fun video, as usual. 👏👍
What a great video, and Ray is an amazing friend. I could do with a Ray over here. My husband procrastinates over the smallest jobs and has more breaks than our TV channels.Anyway the kitchen is looking good and it's lovely to see City Girl back. As usual the dogs are just gorgeous. Take Care, Hugs UK
