I normally discard the old key and sand the bottom of the new key with some 600 grit sandpaper to eliminate the highs and lows. Then apply Aviation sealant liquid to both matting surfaces. Torque down new key screws and then stake them with a staking tool. I will be releasing a “how to” video in the next couple of days. Thanks
@ thank you for the response back. I’m trying to decide if I want to get a BCA 350 Legend upper or just pay the extra money on a rifle . Was hoping for the upper to just swop out less room in safe but I haven’t seen a lot of videos with jamming issues on them.
