I think that this is a good direction, DDO still has about 400-500ish concurrent players at peak hours (for each server up, so several thousand players still - and not everyone of those thousand are the same people, so it could be up to maybe 6-10 thousand unique players, just not concurrent), and there isn't anyone else doing this type of content for the game. That's where you come in - could work
@@SuperFlawless2010 Ok you've made your point, but it isn't useful unless you direct us to an optimal build. What is the solution to a better build? Do you have a link you could share with us?

Actually you do need spot. Tried on a life going with 0 spot, and even though having a really high search (~90), the auto search only works if you are able to spot the danger. If you switch to an item that increases your spot to a high enough level you will be able to auto detect it. Switching to an item that increases only the search skill (to compensate for the auto-search penalty) won't help. Didn't test as much on secret doors since DC's are usually lower and auto-detected them most of the time even with a low spot. Don't know if this is WAI though since the text led me to believe that a spot check wasn't necessary.
I think this might be from person to person, or a glitch. When I played as a inquistor/trapper arti, I didn't put anything into spot and I had no issue getting trap boxes, even in reaper/EE.

I started to play this game 2-3 weeks ago. This build looks so consistent and fun to play.
But nowaday I can find only pale master inquisitive. Are this pale inqui build better now?

I must have missed it. I heard you say Wisdom based. How did you get Wis to damage without Falconry tree? Thanks! :) I actually rolled up similar but Cleric/Arti and went with the Iconic just to get to use Nightshade shooter. Would be nice to not have to use so many AP in Falconry.
Favoured soul gets to choose wisdom or charisma to hit and damage with their favoured weapon. Inquisitive lets you use crossbow as a favoured weapon. You need at least half of your levels to be favoured soul or it doesn't work.

Wouldn’t it make more sense to use CHA stat since you gotta diplo? CHA for diplo. CHA feat for saves maybe, CHA for hit and dmg

Wasn't the update with shiradi making everything scale off of ranged power?
Prism and stay frosty scale off spellpower and are intended to stay that way. This allows Shiradi to work for both ranged and casters.
why did u pick 2 arti over 2 rog? and would it be bad if i skip Implosion for a barb lvl?
I think the rapid reload free feat from level 1 Arty, and the dog can pull levers?
But you would get evasion from the 2 ROG.
I picked Arti because of Rune arm. Gives extra damage on shots and if people get close can blast them. Night Revels Spectre Rune Arm ROCKS! (that's going on right now) If you have Nightshade shooter have Vorpal and Spectre Rune Arm gives Disruption. Don't have to switch gear. ;)
wait, youre saying you havent played a ranged character in at least a year?? If you have played a spell caster you "have" played a ranged character
Spellcasters and ranged characters play very differently for me.
Spellcasters have many methods of attack with different spell ranged and abilities. Ranged weapon users basically just shoot at range with the only range limit being your draw distance.
Since the mechanics of how the characters are played differ greatly, I separate ddo playstyles into Melee, Ranged, and Spellcaster. I would never tell my party "Hey, we need ranged dps, let me recruit this bard spellcaster" since bards can be spellcasters who do damage who are very melee range with shouts.

If I reaaaaaaaaally wanna play this with a bow instead for flavor, how would I alter this build?
This build 100% doesn't work with bows. Inquisitive is crossbow only.
You can use silverflame as your religion and be a favoured soul bow user but it is a very different build.
i did 12fvs6monk2ranger* before as my aa fvs build. pretty good actually but this was when cap was 20 lol. with the pre nerfed manyshot and 10k stars goodness
