To summarize my theories, (with evidence), Yuki is prophesied to kill Lilith, Lilith made the requirement for the cleansing being a rank 2 to specifically target Yuki, who was at the time a rank 2, Lilith doesn’t want Yuki to rank up because that means her death, and Yuki will be the next queen once she kills Lilith, as it was said the x demons only listen to the (future) ruler, and look at them now
Yuki getting yelled at by Vinvin that interesting a bit, Pistachio getting slap by Lilith because he didn't rank up that mean and concerning ! 😄💗 ( poor Pistachio i give him a hug and a shoulder to cry on )

I think Lilith was trying to get both children to like her because she might know the profercy and didn't want to be killed but since yuki got mad and didn't show again, lilith probably thought rank 2 cleansing killed her so she wouldn't have to worry about yuki anymore and it seems Herbert has been trained to listen so she probably thought she was safe. Something’s not sitting right with me. Lilith wants Yuki dead or, at the very least, prevented from ranking up bc of a profecy about her possibly getting killed by her own kin. If she wanted to prevent that, then why did she set up Yuki’s assassination in the human world just to have her sent to hell? Am I missing something here ooorrrr
I think its because Yuki is half Human, meaning her human half had to be killed so that she could go to hell. Also, just like in every Book, Story and Bible, it is said that a person is Judge on where they are sent to after their Death, Heaven or Hell. Since Yuki was already originally from hell because she was born there, she was sent back to where she belonged and I think it doesn't really matter if a Hell-born is good on earth, it means they are sent to heaven. Since she is TECHNICALLY a hell-born. (Idk why she had to pay someone to kill Yuki, she could've just opened a portal or something to send her back just like what Valentine did in the Cleansing) Since there is a Prophecy going around that Lilith is going to be killed by 1 of her Kins, so she had to keep watch of both Pistachio and Yuki, since it didn't specify on who it would be. I think Lilith was trying to keep an eye on Yuki by sending her back to Hell and take care of her just like when she was a child so that she wouldn't try to kill her. But since it backfired, she had to get rid of her since she thought Yuki might be the one who'll kill her. ((She wants to stop Yuki from Ranking up because it would mean it's time for Lilith to step down from her Ruling/Throne)). Just like one of the comments said, The X-Demons shall follow the Future Ruler of the Ring of Greed's commands. Yuki is the only demon who the X-Demons follow even though she is only Rank 3. Lilith might have sent Yuki to Earth because the "Dogs" played with her even though she was only a child. The time Lilith decided to send Yuki to earth might have been the time the Prophecy was created or told. (Simple solution: Lilith could've just left Yuki on earth so that she wouldn't be a potential candidate to be the future ruler)

Okay, so I’m sure most of us here remember how Yuki’s mother used to be in the older series (*YuKi’S mOm HaS gOt iT gOiNg On*! Ahem. Sorry..) So, back then, she was pretty kind and caring towards Yuki. Perhaps she was a bit ditzy and overall wasn’t the best parent in the whole wide world, but she cared. Then, she slowly evolved into becoming what she is now, manipulative, cruel, and uncaring towards both of her children. So, how did we get from there to here? With what we have so far, I’m assuming that she somehow noticed how the X-demons listened to Yuki. Lilith got worried but didn’t want to kill her child so she sent her to earth. Not only would this keep her alive, but it would keep her safe and out of the way to avoid the prophecy. This is also why she kept bringing her daughter back to life every time Yuki died. She became desperate, to keep her power and position and her life, causing her to choose her own desires over her daughter. Hence why she made sure the rank 2’s could be killed. Do I think she loved Yuki at one point? Yes. Do I think she lost that love over time due to the fact that she cared about her own well being over her daughters? Also yes. However, I truly don’t know if that’s how things have and will continue to play out, but I can’t wait to see what this wonderful crew and creators have in store. Thank you Yuki and co. for all of your hard work.

Lilith is gonna catch these hands if she ever even has a thought of striking my favorite nut boi again, 2. 15:35, idk if this is a reference to the game High on Life, and 3.Lilith is very much so scared of the prophecy of her death. Which is why she isekai'd I believed Yuki to earth, at first I thought Lilith lowkey saved Yuki's life by killing her, because at some point Yuki would awaken her rank 1 mark, be tp'd to hell on the cleansing, and she would die. But Lilith actually tried to pack her up, so before the series even start Yuki said she had died before and was just tp'd to the land of the living. Does this mean Lilith killed Yuki as a child multiple times but just sent her back to earth again and again or was Yuki just a really stupid child. Judging by how she addressed the "again," I could see it as something happening more than once or twice before, so I'd say she'd try it. Lilith also tried to kill Yuki is pretty quick after "dying," only like a few months I believe, because she 100% ordered X demons to kills rank 1's and 2's this cleansing. So Lilith trying to kill Yuki at a younger age is highly possible, realistically it wouldn't even be hard, Lilith just said she bribed the truck driver with money and ranks 4's are rich as hell. Lilith probably only knew about the prophecy after Yuki was born too, she probably tp'd Yuki up soon after Pistachio's birth, Lilith probably did this because she didn't think Yuki would survive for first off and second off she would want to be far away from Yuki. Lilith could realistically observe Yuki herself, but she doesn't want to risk an altercation with Yuki in the sudden scenario Yuki just goes sicko mode and somehow get super powerful out of nowhere. The prophecy said something like one of the siblings dying and like the other killing Lilith, there are 2 scenario's, one where Pistachio dies and Yuki kills Lilith, one where the opposite happens and Pistachio kills Lilith. For scenario 2 Pistachio would have to at least be rank 3 in my opinion, but there can only be 2 ways to become a rank 3 is awakening lost memories, because that's what happened to Karma and he jumped straight to rank 3. The other way is for Pistachio to fight an X demon, if he's gonna be following Yuki then he'd most definitely run into at least 1 of the more hostile ones. If Pistachio wins he'd probably rank up and then he'd probably be able to rank up from there, he could just skip 3 and go straight to for through some emotional understanding or something like that. I mean maybe they could both rank up to 4 somehow, both of them fight Lilith, and then one of them dies or something like that. Did I spend over an house analyzing this episode, yes, do I regret it hell no, are there going to be a lot of spelling errors, probably, welp cya.

How long has Lilith known about the prophecy. It doesn't make sense to bring Yuki to hell unless she learned about the prophecy close to the time Lilith hired someone to kill Yuki. One of her kids are going to be powerful enough to kill her and one them is going to die. My theory is that Yuki might die since Pistachio has to prevent yuki from ranking up. Pistachio won't kill Yuki but with him preventing Yuki ranking up it might get Yuki in situations where he doesn't mean to kill her, he just wants to prevent her from ranking up.
(Gonna be a little long, but i wanna try and analyse Lilith real quick) Okay, so Lilith had been reviving Yuki before she eventually got Yuki killed and sent to Hell. This was stated in S1E3 by Yuki to Bael (so think YHS!Yuki jumping off the school roof and becoming Akuma!Yuki). And now Lilith wants Yuki dead. So what was the point in reviving her? In sending her to earth? Simple. To keep her away. If kept on earth, with death being a temporary inconvenience, Yuki would never come to hell, and the prophecy would never be fulfilled. Lilith would keep tabs on her, searching the timelines for wherever she'd put her daughter. Whether it'd be with her Father, a Circus, or some high schools (4 schools to be exact). It'd be perfect. Except (maybe), that's against the rules. Lilith (probably) can't constantly cheat death for someone else. Maybe if there was a contract involved, but there wasn't. So, she had to let Yuki die for real. But that meant she'd be in Hell. And that would allow the prophecy to unfold. There was nothing Lilith could do. Unless Yuki came to Hell just before the cleansing. She'd be a rank one. She'd be killed by an X-Demon and out of Liliths hair. So Lilith took control of Yuki's fate once again, but with a more subtle aproach. Hiring someone to run Yuki over, ultimately killing her (in a pretty ironic way, considering Yuki has killed someone the same way before). This was going well. Yuki was having a terrible time in Hell, not ranking up, being constantly put down. Until Yuki finally met Lilith. And her childhood memories were unlocked. This allowed Yuki to rank up. She was no longer on the menu. Lilith had to have changes made. She needed Yuki dead. So, she was able to get Rank 2s to be targeted. And now we all know how that all went. It seems like Lilith wants control over her kids, or maybe more than just her kids. And with a prophecy saying one will rise against her, well, there's really no point in keeping that kid around, right? She can't control Yuki, but she can damn near try to control the path her life is going on. I mean, her reaction to learning Yuki is not only alive but has ranked up again? And the way she made sure Pistachio understood she wanted him to the one to prevent Yuki from ranking up. She needed him to know she wasnin control. This is all my speculation on Lilith's character and why she's done things the way she's been doing them, from what we've seen of her. Of course, this is all under the assumption that the previous Yuki-Series' are canon, which I think Yuki's stated that they sorta are (I'd love to see Maria again but alas, I've accepted it to be unlikely). Lilith also tried to kill Yuki is pretty quick after "dying," only like a few months I believe, because she 100% ordered X demons to kills rank 1's and 2's this cleansing. So Lilith trying to kill Yuki at a younger age is highly possible, realistically it wouldn't even be hard, Lilith just said she bribed the truck driver with money and ranks 4's are rich as hell. Lilith probably only knew about the prophecy after Yuki was born too, she probably tp'd Yuki up soon after Pistachio's birth, Lilith probably did this because she didn't think Yuki would survive for first off and second off she would want to be far away from Yuki. Lilith could realistically observe Yuki herself, but she doesn't want to risk an altercation with Yuki in the sudden scenario Yuki just goes sicko mode and somehow get super powerful out of nowhere. The prophecy said something like one of the siblings dying and like the other killing Lilith, there are 2 scenario's, one where Pistachio dies and Yuki kills Lilith, one where the opposite happens and Pistachio kills Lilith. For scenario 2 Pistachio would have to at least be rank 3 in my opinion, but there can only be 2 ways to become a rank 3 is awakening lost memories, because that's what happened to Karma and he jumped straight to rank 3. The other way is for Pistachio to fight an X demon, if he's gonna be following Yuki then he'd most definitely run into at least 1 of the more hostile ones. If Pistachio wins he'd probably rank up and then he'd probably be able to rank up from there, he could just skip 3 and go straight to for through some emotional understanding or something like that. I mean maybe they could both rank up to 4 somehow, both of them fight Lilith, and then one of them dies or something like that. Did I spend over an house analyzing this episode, yes, do I regret it hell no, are there going to be a lot of spelling errors, probably, welp cya.

How long has Lilith known about the prophecy. It doesn't make sense to bring Yuki to hell unless she learned about the prophecy close to the time Lilith hired someone to kill Yuki. One of her kids are going to be powerful enough to kill her and one them is going to die. My theory is that Yuki might die since Pistachio has to prevent yuki from ranking up. Pistachio won't kill Yuki but with him preventing Yuki ranking up it might get Yuki in situations where he doesn't mean to kill her, he just wants to prevent her from ranking up.
Now THAT was not what I was expecting at all!
(Gonna be a little long, but i wanna try and analyse Lilith real quick)
Okay, so Lilith had been reviving Yuki before she eventually got Yuki killed and sent to Hell. This was stated in S1E3 by Yuki to Bael (so think YHS!Yuki jumping off the school roof and becoming Akuma!Yuki). And now Lilith wants Yuki dead. So what was the point in reviving her? In sending her to earth?
Simple. To keep her away.
If kept on earth, with death being a temporary inconvenience, Yuki would never come to hell, and the prophecy would never be fulfilled. Lilith would keep tabs on her, searching the timelines for wherever she'd put her daughter. Whether it'd be with her Father, a Circus, or some high schools (4 schools to be exact). It'd be perfect.
Except (maybe), that's against the rules. Lilith (probably) can't constantly cheat death for someone else. Maybe if there was a contract involved, but there wasn't. So, she had to let Yuki die for real. But that meant she'd be in Hell. And that would allow the prophecy to unfold. There was nothing Lilith could do.
Unless Yuki came to Hell just before the cleansing. She'd be a rank one. She'd be killed by an X-Demon and out of Liliths hair. So Lilith took control of Yuki's fate once again, but with a more subtle aproach. Hiring someone to run Yuki over, ultimately killing her (in a pretty ironic way, considering Yuki has killed someone the same way before).
This was going well. Yuki was having a terrible time in Hell, not ranking up, being constantly put down. Until Yuki finally met Lilith. And her childhood memories were unlocked. This allowed Yuki to rank up. She was no longer on the menu. Lilith had to have changes made. She needed Yuki dead. So, she was able to get Rank 2s to be targeted. And now we all know how that all went.
It seems like Lilith wants control over her kids, or maybe more than just her kids. And with a prophecy saying one will rise against her, well, there's really no point in keeping that kid around, right? She can't control Yuki, but she can damn near try to control the path her life is going on. I mean, her reaction to learning Yuki is not only alive but has ranked up again? And the way she made sure Pistachio understood she wanted him to the one to prevent Yuki from ranking up. She needed him to know she wasnin control.
This is all my speculation on Lilith's character and why she's done things the way she's been doing them, from what we've seen of her. Of course, this is all under the assumption that the previous Yuki-Series' are canon, which I think Yuki's stated that they sorta are (I'd love to see Maria again but alas, I've accepted it to be unlikely).
