I had 8 year old when accidentally I bought some of this content, I just wanted to discover music, new for me at the time, but I had an "electric shock" instead, listened single in my room at night, I just left this world for hours, I think I had some of deepeast philosophical though for a 8 year old child. Now I have 40 and still travelling with Enigma. Tank you Michael Crețu, originated from Romania 🇷🇴 like me, for this treasure.
I've been listening to them since 1990 when I was 18. I always come back to them to relax and remember. I wish they would come out with a new album with a 90's vibe. I'm afraid they are too old by now but I will always have their back albums. Sad.
This is a looong post, I apologize for it; I came to America from South Africa to race motorcycles on June 4th 1983. I placed 4th in the nation 3 times, then, in 1990 I had a huge crash at road Atlanta. My racing career was OVER, I lost my business, because I was in a wheelchair, and the doctors at the hospital I was in told me I would never be able to walk again. Enigma helped me accept it, and I made peace with it , It also helped me to realize, that just because I accepted it and made peace with, did NOT mean that I have to stay the way that I was, It made me strive to walk again, thus, it made me get out of my wheelchair, and SLOWLY I trained myself to balance myself while standing and sit back down, then I would take one step forward , stand there for 5 min, step back and sit back in the wheel chair. It took me TWO years, but, I walked again.

You don't need to be high, u don't need to be drunk to enjoy this.. cuz it just soothes the soul, and puts anyone that listens to it, into a whole different aspect of life.. but enigma, era and several others i've chilled out too.. just calms me down, takes out the fear, hate and ignorance of life. Enigma came out at a particularly rough spot in my life. I'd listen to this CD for hours since nothing else came close to calming my nerves. It is one of my favorite albums of all time.

All these songs remind me off my old life when my partner of 28yrs was a live he died in 2012 i woke up one morning and he was gone , he was my soulmate and i miss him dreadfully even now ,we used to go festival's and lived in buses ,we had a happy life and i miss those days/this band were fantastic and their music will last the test of time / we always said love you when we went to sleep or were going to go out etc those last words i love you give me comfort because they were true xxx

The camp counselor for our cabin put it on low volume on loop and it played throughout the night. Very relaxing. I have listened to enigma every day since I was 11 and I am so glad I found their music, without it I would not be able to sleep, meditate or escape my reality! @@Cablecol not really I mean it’s no different then when you play lullaby’s for infants to lull them to sleep or having the tv on for background noise or rain sounds when an adult sleeps. Point is, I have a busy mind and I listen to it because it calms me so much so that I don’t even get very far into the playlist before I’m out. I still listen to them throughout the day most days while I’m cleaning because it helps me focus, however, I have separate playlists for sleep and cleaning. Besides enigma has so much music out there I never get tired of it. I also like that they have a large assortment of fully instrumental or minimal speaking songs. You should try and make a playlist for sleep or study for yourself. It doesn’t have to be enigma, for me it was because Enigma was the first cd I ever received during a traumatic time in my life and I just love the melodic arrangements it’s like brain paint and it was all I had that was mine. I listened every night and eventually it just became part of my routine and I welcomed it. It helped me find peace of mind, which for me is hard to come by. Hope you find or have something that brings you the same comfort. ❤️🙏

А муж не понимает. Почему мне нужно много внимания уделять. Я каждый день плачу. Даже то что я уже через час считаю ерундой.Для меня на тот момент это трагедия.

I really love this music. I knew it from child because of my dad listen to this. Today i am 38 years old and i still listen to this. It helps me relax or with sleep . It very peacefull music .

This is a looong post, I apologize for it; I came to America from South Africa to race motorcycles on June 4th 1983. I placed 4th in the nation 3 times, then, in 1990 I had a huge crash at road Atlanta. My racing career was OVER, I lost my business, because I was in a wheelchair, and the doctors at the hospital I was in told me I would never be able to walk again. Enigma helped me accept it, and I made peace with it , It also helped me to realize, that just because I accepted it and made peace with, did NOT mean that I have to stay the way that I was, It made me strive to walk again, thus, it made me get out of my wheelchair, and SLOWLY I trained myself to balance myself while standing and sit back down, then I would take one step forward , stand there for 5 min, step back and sit back in the wheel chair. It took me TWO years, but, I walked again.

The first time I heard Enigma was their first album MCMXC a.D. It was at Summer camp in the early 90s. The camp counselor for our cabin put it on low volume on loop and it played throughout the night. Very relaxing. When camp ended that week I asked my parents to take me to the record store so I could buy it. I remember it had a sticker affixed to the front that said: "WARNING: Blasphemous Lyrics".

Also, I’m so glad to hear, that I’m not the only one who listens to them every day. I really truly do listen every day especially at night I feel like I go on a journey with their music and I leave my body by way of astral projection to the beyond. I found their music at a very depressing and terrible time in my life and without it I would not have made it to today truly! When I sleep I feel like my brain sees colors and hears sounds that don’t exist in our realm. I just soak it all in. If anyone has any other music suggestions I am always open to exploring new artists, I found RUclipsrs as a very useful tool when discovering new music. I am an avid listener of Enigma, Enya, Blue Stone, Deep Forest, Groove Armada, Florence and the machine, First aid kit, Phantogram, Blackmill, Grimes, Conjure one, and Sarah Brightman just to name a few and to give you an idea of my ideal playlist. Any suggestions would be whole heartedly appreciated, I just love music and what it does to my soul and how it makes me feel. @@Cablecol not really I mean it’s no different then when you play lullaby’s for infants to lull them to sleep or having the tv on for background noise or rain sounds when an adult sleeps. Point is, I have a busy mind and I listen to it because it calms me so much so that I don’t even get very far into the playlist before I’m out. I still listen to them throughout the day most days while I’m cleaning because it helps me focus, however, I have separate playlists for sleep and cleaning. Besides enigma has so much music out there I never get tired of it. I also like that they have a large assortment of fully instrumental or minimal speaking songs. You should try and make a playlist for sleep or study for yourself. It doesn’t have to be enigma, for me it was because Enigma was the first cd I ever received during a traumatic time in my life and I just love the melodic arrangements it’s like brain paint and it was all I had that was mine. I listened every night and eventually it just became part of my routine and I welcomed it. It helped me find peace of mind, which for me is hard to come by.
