You can't prevent FUD. I hear what you're saying. On a lower level; if people spread gossip about me, I don't validate it with recognition. I just prove them wrong. Energy is wasted fighting BS that doesn't deserve to be recognized. Sure there will be a few gullible and weak thinkers that may fall for the BS but that's just life. Ignore the BS and pity anyone that falls for it.

Brian, I wish every Tesla shareholder (and for that matter, every Elon hater) could watch your commentary on this video. Extremely well articulated for shareholders and haters alike. There is just so much misinformation out there, and you do such a good job of laying out reality. For example, why doesn’t the average Joe ever think about why every leader of every country in the world would love to have a Tesla gigafactory but the US government seems to be dead set on frustrating Tesla’s progress. I thought Americans all were comfortable with being world leaders in manufacturing. Is the US government’s rationale that it doesn’t want to lose the Michigan vote in the next federal election and will do whatever is necessary do continue getting those votes (and political donations from the UAW)? I hope not.

The fact that shareholders who do not vote are presumed to vote against the board makes Delaware a Hedge Fund state. If you are not a hedge fund, get out of Delaware.

I believe he deserves his compensation plan but the next big plan should come with with high volume of production of robotics and not fsd because his 2018 plan is enough in my opinion for fsd also

I voted with the board within the hour I got my proxy vote papers. I STAND WITH ELON. Always..... I'm not going to sell my stock even if this gets voted down. I believe in what's right and I will follow that to the bitter end Iif needed. I'd rather go broke than give up on the company that's going to change the world or doe trying.

I'm a UK tesla shareholder the Broker Hargreaves lansdown say we don't facilitate voting looking into transferring to Fidelity who let you vote.Then I heard Tesla were reaching out to European banks and Brokers so is UK part of this,?
AJ Bell have allowed their customers to vote after initially saying it's not possible. Trading212 and Freetrade also allowed voting without having to be pushed.

If delaware want be be fussy it might be easier to cancel the 2018 payment and rollover to texas. So maybe 120 to 150 billion for elon next pay
My wife and I got a link from SoFi and it took us to Proxy Vote, then it wanted a 4 digit pin, which we had no idea what it was. So we each hit forgot pin and we each got the 4 digit pin of 0000 and Voted!

I never got a letter from Tesla. Is that because I already voted?
I didn't get a letter either and I've been a shareholder since the IPO. I already voted too.
The letter aka slide deck, appears on the tesla website. Go to “investor relations”, then click on “learn more” about the vote, and you will see the letter/presentation.
They do not send it to you directly. You must go to your computer and type in TSLA inv*stor r*lations to find it.
Let give more money to Elon Musk so that our share price is gonna go higher. Unfortunately I am in this situation. I am already nearly 50% down from my hard work saving income, now I have to contribute for someone who changes his wealth from millions to the world richest man .

If we do not vote for the pay package, the lawyers will get about 10% as much as Elon earned and we will still have to pay him something for the work he has done.
One misconception that is widely asumed is that China as far as automotive is concerned is a cheap labour. That miffy be true years back but not anymore. Automotive workers earn more than in Europe for example. At least this is what europeans working there recount.
BYD claims US$20k per year including housing and are very interested in 'bots to lower that.
Life with my Tesla Robot..I am 85 and don't get around well and can't drive any more. I call my Tesla Robot Donald because he has no brain .... The alarm on my Iphone gets me up in the morning and Donald has a cup of coffee ready for me. After bathing I make a call the to grocery store to order food. The store will not deliver as Amazon will. Donald is cleaning up the bath room including the commode ... it really sparkles. I have a little battery powered rider to get around so Donald and I go down the elevator of my multistory apartment as I called for a Tesla taxi . Donald folds up my cart and puts it in the Tesla taxi and we go to the store. The grocery store loads the Tesla taxi with the items I ordered by phone and we are driven back to my apartment. Donald puts up my cart and goes into the apartment and retrieves a push cart and loads it . We then go up to the apartment and Donald put the groceries away and fixes lunch. I sure do love Donald.

I'm in Germany with Interactive Brokers and it took me only a few mouse-clicks after an email from my broker to vote. Change your Broker if that's a problem!

i’m a dutchman living in portugal. my wife is an american democrat. i don’t understand the biden admin’s attitude towards tesla. their speech about tesla is appalling. for me enough reason not to vote (i wouldn’t ever vote for trump but biden is also an idiot hanging his hat to the unions).

Elon made billions from his Tesla stock…. Elon and the board didn’t exercise proper fiduciary duties. Any other underperforming employees are fired.
What fudiciar6 duties are talking about. We are all talking about a contract signed in 2018 and with clear targets for Elon. We all voted by 75% majority for that deal to go ahead.
We did the job and toxkes all the targets in the contract. When we are supposed to pay the guy, the useless investor goes to Delaware and got a useless Judge to annual our 2018 votes.

The truth is that Elon became very cocky after achieving the comp plan targets at Tesla. He pretty much treated Tesla shareholders like sh*t, threw them under the bus with the whole the whole Twitter disaster, and subsequently neglected Tesla, spending his time playing with his new toy Twitter. Now, a "yes" vote has become a harder proposition for shareholders knowing what Elon just did when he believed he had his comp in the bag.

Elon upset a lot of people and buying Twitter damaged Tesla share price greatly. Even I have voted FOR Elon compensation package. I am not hopeful.

There's another game in play, that judge in Delaware was an asset that was activated. Someone or some group with far more power than any government was concerned about Elon Musk having that much control of Tesla and so they made their move. It remains to be seen whether Elon can win, it depends on the control of his masters. All this commentary is far off the mark, this has never been about what is right and what is fair or unfair. That's not how the world works.
