True, I'm Indian(Punjabi) born in the West, and Asian dads have no relationship with their kids at all. Father and son relationships are built on fear, not respect. Most sons don't know how to even talk to their dads. It's a destructive cycle.

This is absolutely hilarious 😂 i can totally relate to this uncle! Both my parents are punjabi speaking and me and my brother are born and brought up in Australia. Our urdu is really good and we can understand the hardest punjabi words but we cant actually speak it because its really difficult getting the accent right and then it just sounds odd. This was absolutely so cute. My dad tries to teach us as well. This was really overwhelming watching you guys all together because my dad is just like you and me and my mum have been in pakistan since last year and we got stuck because of covid and I haven’t seen my dad and brother in so long. It was emotional. My family is exactly like this. This makes me want to just flyyy back home asap. You’re all adorable. This is absolutely hilarious 😂 i can totally relate to this uncle! Both my parents are punjabi speaking and me and my brother are born and brought up in Australia. Our urdu is really good and we can understand the hardest punjabi words but we cant actually speak it because its really difficult getting the accent right and then it just sounds odd. This was absolutely so cute. My dad tries to teach us as well. This was really overwhelming watching you guys all together because my dad is just like you and me and my mum have been in pakistan since last year and we got stuck because of covid and I haven’t seen my dad and brother in so long. It was emotional. My family is exactly like this. This makes me want to just flyyy back home asap. You’re all adorable. Allah aap sab ko haasid ke hasad se, shaitan ke shar se, bure ki burai se aur nazar e bad se mehfooz rakhe. Ameen.
