right before you put up the text for the usb fan, I was thinking the same thing. I had the same problem on another carrier in 1st class on the 777-300ER too. was a little warm, I had to ask for ice in my water.

As someone who loves to watch airline reviews I want to see the food that is served as well.. maybe you haven’t seen airline reviews before because that’s normal. Especially long haul first class.

It wasn’t a big deal for him to point the food at us. Such a weird complaint that no one asked your opinion on.
