- We spend our last day at the beach, get some cheap eats, realise our favourite bar has had a 30% price increase on some of there drinks and the get ready to make the journey back to sunny Ellesmere Port

@@EDOUARDSIQUET Differences are what makes the world go around. We like to show people the cheaper options along with higher end options as a travel channel we like to give a full rounded opinion of a location to ensure people can get the best value for their money.

@@EDOUARDSIQUET it's definitely not as cheap as it used to be. I can get drinks cheaper in my local pub cheaper than they are in Turkey. We paid the equivalent of £12 for a frozen cocktail each in Turkey which is sooo expensive compared to the UK. Spirits are also more expensive in turkey compared with the UK, beer in the other hand is cheaper in the UK. It doesn't put us off going as we love the country and enjoy the time we spend there, but we just have to increase our spending budget on previous. Therefore we felt it important to share that with our followers

hi you 2 another great set of marmaris videos by you both, its so good you took the time to advise people like me who am wondering about recent price risers in marmaris so its great to know that food / meals lager beers ect is still not to bad and still affordable ,regarding you saying u want to stay at the green nature all inclusive also check out the grand yazici turban hotel its a stunning all inclusive plus hotel with branded drinks and its own private beach i think its better than the green nature diamond ,it also has a sister hotel the grand yazici marmaris palace again wonderful hope to bump into you both in marmaris one day😎 stay lucky from me in The Pool
Yes prices have gone up, but you can still find wee bargains and cheap eats. We are so glad you enjoyed the vlogs I will definitely look into the grand yazici turban and Marmaris palace 😍 thanks for the recommendation xxx

Brilliant video again guys and it's mental how the prices are going in turkey now 😞as I said before we are not long back from icmeler and was self catering and found it expensive eating n drinking and they are at it with the prices IMHO ,,, saying that we have just booked up again for next year in Antalya but going to a 5 star all inclusive resort and it looks class so only time will tell 😂 thanks for videos again 👍💪👍
Turkey just keeps drawing us back, self catering is more expensive for sure but we love the freedom to eat wherever and whenever we want that it affords us. Hope you had a great time on icmeler

Loved watching the Marmaris videos. Think I've been about 7 times. If you get a chance visit Antalya more laid back and no hassle. Recently stayed at 5 star Hotel. 10 nights alinclusive. £1.250 including flights and luggage. End of April or middle September are the cheapest dates.
My parents go to Antalya at least twice a year they love it there. We have it on our radar to check out for sure 😁

Hi guys, just back from marMaris late last night….loved watching your vlogs before I went…it was my second time. I’ve seen a huge inflation on places we went to last year. A decrease in size of food portions also for price. It was soooo hot 😮
The bag is by loungefly if that helps you locate one they have a wallet too. He's enjoyed telling me all about turkey from the vlogs. Love you added the doggy reunion ❤

As Ive said in previous video's, you guys so need to try Oludeniz and Hisaronu, so close together, Hisaronu about on par with Marmaris nightlife, whereas Oludeniz is more focus around the beach. Both Beautiful places, happy to give you more info if you like?

Thanks Jim we have been looking into hisaronu and olu Deniz both look right up our street. So we will definitely be taking a trip there in the future as I wanna swim in that blue lagoon 😍😍
@@HangoversHandpays Blue Lagoon is a dream but you are better going to the other wide where there are beach clubs, similar thing to Marms where you pay for Sun beds for day etc and awesome food onsite - have a look at Sugar Beach, Oludeniz, my fav one! Plus alot of hotels will pick you up too

Great vlogs guys,love the vibe and natural feel covering loads of different points,laughed when you said the Turkish kiss kiss song they were doing that 30 years ago in the Turtle Bar,me and my wife are big fans of Lara Beach we went to the Titanic twice last year and going back in Sept,24hrs food and proper branded drinks,plenty of shops outside for the clothes,only thing we're disappointed in is the price this year is £500 more for the same time as last year,I've tried too convince the wife too go too Marmaris but she says the transfer time is a no go we're only 15mins at Lara,only problem with Lara is they think you've loads of money as your staying in expensive hotels and everything is in euro,s but they will take pounds and lira keep up the great work you're a fan couple

Yeah prices have been steadily climbing over the past few years but the difference between the last 8 months is very noticeable! Mum and dad were in Antalya in March and said it's the same there too. Hope you and the family have a lovely trip to Turkey 🥰😍

Oh yes Adam was home waiting for us with Agnes, but he just wanted to see what we had bought him haha 😂😂 typical lad. Yeah we don't use our credit card it's a bank card which doesn't incur any charges. We have used it every year and never had a problem. We just take a mix of cash and card. Yes we have ordered online from various shops in Marmaris and it always arrives ok. Aww Agnes was so excited to see us even if it was 4am haha! Love yo you both xx

We are so glad you enjoyed the videos. For steak we would recommend pop in, Piccadilly do a great breakfast and for Turkish kebab we went to kervan ocakbasi, which was great. We hope you have a fab time 😀

Strange you mention popin, that is right outside our hotel pasa beach but we only went in once for a cocktail. All in all a superb time, , hotel, similar to where you were is in a probe location. We are talking about two places at that time point, Cupid's Icmeler where we ate it was really tasy and large, it was £5. the other place is the majestic in icmeler which was £3 (but we didn't eat there so can't comment on the good quality)
Thanks to watching your videos I set up a google maps list of the places you went to, just got here last night and am literally writing this now sat at vamos beach, had omelette for breakfast, been in the sea. its amazing. back to the hotel now (greenpark apartments) as they said "they were full" last night and stuck us in an attic storeroom, aircon didnt work, mustve slept 2 hours. so i hope they have got us the room we meant to have. then onto the list of other places!!
but yeah i enjoyed watching your vlogs. i dont really watch v logs but its been very helpful in understanding the prices and places to go. i certainly wont be going to get a burger in mcdonalds!!😂
I’m surprised to see that you think Antalya is more expensive than Marmaris. We’ve been traveling to Antalya and love staying in the old town and eating out daily. I highly recommend you give it a try. We don’t drink so that might be where the price difference really is but we avoid all inclusive because we enjoy getting out and exploring and all inclusive makes it way too easy for us to stay at the hotel. Enjoy your trip!
Yes mainly alcohol on that side it's £5 for a beer 🍺 we are like you and prefer to be self catering so we can eat out wherever we like. Thanks so much for watching 😁😁

What is the difference between an English vs Scottish breakfasts?
A Scottish breakfast is made up of bacon, link sausages, Lorne sausage (also known as square sausage or slice), black pudding, baked beans, fried mushrooms and tomatoes, toast, tattie scones and fried eggs. An English breakfast consists of bacon, fried egg, sausage, mushrooms, baked beans, hash brown and grilled tomatoes. 😁😁

We would definitely recommend the blue port, new York bar in Armutalan and Piccadilly for food all the staff in there will look after you xx

The 4 bottles of water and the wraps you ate in the early hours of the morning were definitely not a tenner
They definitely were a tenner 4 bottles of water at 30tl a bottle is 120 (£3) chicken doner wrap 120tl (£3) and the meat wrap was 150tl (£3.75) Total price £9.75 the menu was in video so you can check the prices. We have always been very honest with prices which is why we show the menus.
