Tomas Avenarius draws a much more balanced and realistic picture of Turkish politics and Erdogan compared to the other two guest. The others seem to have issues with the Turkish state and their opinion is clearly dominated by this.

There's no such thing as moral principles in international politics. Russia invades Ukraine claiming weapons from NATO, US invades Iraq claiming weapons of mass destruction. Turkey condemns war crimes in Gaza, US condemns war crimes in Ukraine, but not vice versa. This is all a political game for those in power, but it's the everyday people that suffers as a consequence. Moral arguments is the fuel that feeds the flame of vengence in politics, rather than self reflection that can bring about peace.

Expelling Türkiye from NATO would be the alliance's biggest mistake.
      Here why
1/ Turkey will join the alliance of China and Russia that will be a nightmare's for the West
2/ The alliance will lose the second strongest army in the alliance in terms of numbers and military equipment.
3/ Turkey will close all the straits to the alliance, the Strait of the Bosphorus, the Strait of Marmara and the Dardanelles.

The selection of puppet journalists is concerning. Their discourse is limited to repetitive slogans that undermine our country. Their descriptions lack any sense of patriotism; it's a relentless depiction of negativity, perpetuating the notion of a dictatorial regime. Dear DW, it's imperative to awaken to this reality. By endorsing such individuals as representatives for Turkey, there's a failure to comprehend the nuanced actions of our allies within our borders. Moreover, these self-proclaimed 'journalists' exhibit poor English proficiency, rendering their expression and credibility laughable.

It's wild that they say Turkey is looking for trouble with NATO for its remarks on Israel when Turkey is the NATO member and Israel is getting the Julius Caesar treatment from the UN! 😂

Putin is so smart, he shows the world how deep the USA pocket is by creating war in Ukraine and Israel and as predicted the USA has chosen to protect Israel. Israel closes than there will be no the fed. Imagine if Putin crates 5 wars, can America finance them while dismantling the USA economy by boycotting the USA products and services? Which countries the USA will choose if there are wars in Israel, the UK, France or German?

Real leaders have principles when it comes to ideological positioning. Just like US is an alley of Saudi Arabia and a security guarantor but they ideological differences when it comes to Israel and two state solution. He doesn't need NATO anyway because his military is very well advanced in terms of technology, they're currently leading in drone technology and most favoured drone on the market is the bayrakter and it changed the game in Libya, changed the game in Ukraine/ Russia. Another thing his people love him as a leader.

It's called diplomacy. As a president of a country, he has to get leverage for his country. This is nothing new and is practiced by every sovereign country. Not sure, why DW and its analyst hate Erdogan and Turkey so much. Be objective, and have the same criticism for European leaders.
