We definitely need to rethink or have a conversation on what a true leader is give me a team of Micah Parsons. We lived in the leadership of Dak and let’s just call a duck a duck leadership Dak, in the regular season is different from the playoffs Dak, and you want to talk about Parsons showing up a OTA. This is mind blowing to me we keep giving Dak a pass we definitely need to have a honest conversation that all I’m saying 🤷🏿♂️

This is just to fill air time…there are different types of leaders and leadership…these are voluntary. If they don’t want them to be voluntary then make them mandatory practices.

Leaders lead by example, not by word of mouth. Regardless that these OTAs being voluntary and that 3 players are looking for and expecting big contract extensions. The last time I knew, those 3 are still under contract for this season and if they expect to be leaders, they need to be there, especially that kid on defense.

No, both Micah and ceedee sat on a podcast, after the playoff loss and said they need to be better leaders, then they don’t show up for OTAS, just like broadus says, they want to do their own b workout but not a team workout, being a better leader starts day 1, it means every thing, if you’re telling me kelce. Mahommes or jones are skipping OTAS, ok but this team isn’t good enough to miss any team activities…Furthermore the starters need reps in the preseason… Patrick mahommes has played every preseason game since he’s been in the league.

I don't think that Micah doesn't want to be a leader...that would be a notch on his belt and probably add to the bag he wants to get, I think he doesn't have the traits and doesn't know how to be a leader...the kind of leader he needs to be on this team. He's too much of an individual and thinks too much of himself vs the team, same goes for CeeDee. I'm not saying it's bad you don't have the traits to be a leader, some people do and some people don't, but if you are the top players on this team it would be nice to at least try because players take their cues from them and if you have the top players playing as individuals and for themselves then that's the culture you are creating and I think we've seen we have a culture problem. Talking smack about your team members and saying great things about other players on other teams is probably not helping, but it does show their mindset/personality. When CeeDee was on Micah's podcast they both said they need to be leaders!?!?

Micah Parsons is a lot of things but a leader he is NOT. Micah is all about Micah. He would prefer to run around trying to get a sack versus staying in his lane and actually trying to stop the run. He's a guy that loves the press when they win but is the 1st person to leave and not talk to the press after a loss. IF Micah actually wants to be a leader he should watch Dak. In good times or bad Dak is always willing to be front and center with the press. I've said it before if I could I would Herschel Walker him and trade his butt and see what capital he could bring back in return. My guess he isn't as valuable around the league as he thinks he is.
He is, just nobody thinks the Cowboys would be dumb enough to trade him. And they give the Jones boys way to much credit.
