🙎 Parsons and Lamb are superstar starters who will perform excellently regardless if they attend or skip voluntary OTAs.
How can you get mad at guys sitting out of VOLUNTARY activities with the way the Jones do their contracts? We don’t show our star players the respect they deserve in contract negotiations but want them to be all in for optional activities
Yeah, those mean old Jones' boys are so disrespectful paying millions of dollars to overgrown immature children. Just terrible!
Bingo. 29 years. Same results. Too many Cowboys fans think they need to be Jones fans. Jerry and Stephen are terrible at their jobs.
@@marxtheidoloftheidle5591 No, they aren't. You might not be happy with all of the results but to say they aren't good at their jobs shows you to be ridiculous. You don't expand the worth of the team as they have and be terrible at your job.
@@amdtexas9383 Im not referring to marketing. If that’s all they were involved with I’d be happy. I, as well as a large portion of the fanbase, want them out of football operations. Make Will McClay the actual GM with full control of coach and player personnel. Be like Laurie in Philly who we never hear from with Howie Roseman having the final say on everything football related.
Then don't talk leadership smack and then not show up to be a leader.
If you remember last year they told him to slow down in practice, so why show up
It’s hard to be a leader when you aren’t present
@@scottym.9077You can have leadership by absentia. The best evidence of a leader’s effectiveness presents itself in their absence.👀🤣💯🎯✭ ✭ ✭
A lot of these Cowboys fans ripping a 24 year old for not being as mature as they want him to be, sound stupid. Not every NFL player is ready for maturity at 24 years. Everyone matures at different times. Most of the people running they're mouths about Micah were doing dumb stuff themselves at 24 (and older), but with NOWHERE NEAR the talent in life
You sound like a kid. How old are you boy?
Micah is the 24 year old talking like he’s a leader. Fans are responding to what he says. Maybe he should stay quiet until the two of you agree on what age he should be to speak like a leader.
Parsons wants to be thought of as a leader. He doesn’t actually want to lead. Those are VERY different things.
Yall scared of Mike florio checking Yall 😅😅
CeeDee and Micah should sit out until paid!
They are paid.
@@Dougarony they don’t have long term contracts yet.
@@jerad4336 there paid, go play
Micah Parsons has never been a leader. Great player but that guy is not a leader. Never has been
Exactly. He talks so much that he wants people to think he is. His being such a good pass rusher has destroyed this kid. The dude could be a great LB
He's young. Not every player becomes a leader at 24 years old. You dudes need to learn to understand that some players take a little more time to mature. Half of you dudes were doing stupid stuff yourselves at 24 years old
@jeremycarter. Stop. It's ok for him not to be a leader. It is what it is. It's not about us being critical of him. Micah talks too much and has bought into saying he is Great. He isn't great he is good. He has team accountability but not personal accountability. He wants to lead but doesn't know how. On top of talking too much.
@jeremycarter7902 I agree this fan base is crazy sometimes, turn on you the moment something doesn't go there way.
@@jeremycarter7902 lmao Dude is selfish. Leaders regardless of age show up the first day of OTAs. You can make excuses all you want. I was in the military for 10 years and I saw plenty of leaders at 24. He’s a great player but he is not a leader. Just my opinion
New defensive scheme, new DC, new players to work with and he’s not there. If he wants to be a leader, he should be there.
See yall don’t know what you talking about he was there Mike McCarthy said he was
Ideally you want your best players to be the team leaders, unfortunately that’s not Micah’s strength. You can only lead if people are willing to follow you.
Exactly why no one will follow the choker cheerleader loser duk!
Well Michael i been on your side. Still on your side. You best player on the team. And in your heart. And you really want to win. You need show up young brother . Don't give them something talk about! Cowboys gone pay you!!!
You are "born" a leader with regard to Micah. Ed "Too Tall" Jones & Roger Staubach come to mind when we talk about leaders. As far as discipline, that falls squarely on Coach McCartthy and we may as well get used to more of the same in that department.
Micah needs to get off his damn podcast and show up to otas
Parsons has to show he is worth the money. Like Dak, Mccarthy and CeeDee. None of them will get a contract if they stink again in the playoffs
Players put money over the team holding out means you want money bottom line they not for the team
I mean it’s a job, so…..
@marxtheidoloftheidle5591 yah a fantastic job to win the superbowl and I'll shut up so.....
Parsons don't need to be there let the Coaches do what they get payed to do.
Micah is not a leader. You’re not a leader because you say it. It’s okay if he’s not. Just stop talking lies.
I wouldn’t show up to anything VOLUNTARY either. I can train elsewhere.
Talk shiws like this is why Cowboys fans look like idiots when they talk about the team.
Micah Parsons is on a team with an owner that did nothing to improve the team. Backloading contracts into the year after the contract expires is not the solution to the wait and see approach.
This is all on Ownership!
Its the duks faul, he suks
Micah Parsons is a great football player but not much of a teammate.
Run Micah his money and he'll be there.
hes done nothing but run his mouth since hes been here, more worried about being on tv, trade his azz and get some picks. he did nothing in playoffs.
Exactly you are right and CD can go also he's a no show in playoff games
You dont sound too bright. Not every nfl player is mature at 24 years old. A lot of you guys were doing stupid stuff yourselves at 24. Give him some time.
Well yall hate on dak so much looks who there at OTA's without a contract or a guarantee he will be there in 2025 but he put in the work by his self and with the team but yall talk down on someone that's trying to make us great it's called leadership DC4L
Here goes another Loco Dak fanatic 🙄. If Dak isn't extended, follow him [and his 2 playoff wins in 8 seasons] wherever he goes
We hate on Dak because he doesn’t show up when things count…I bet he’s awesome against air and guys not in pads
Dak would be an idiot to re-sign with this circus...
Just some of the lousy leadership he’s shown since he’s been here. Micah is ALL about Micah. He wouldn’t know a leader if Sgt York, in Black & White, walked up to him and kicked him in right in the raisins! 😂🤣
Stop trashing the best players on this team please! ITS CALLED VOLUNTARY!!! Care Dee needs to not show up until he’s paid and Micah probably will be there for camp!
Micah is a pain in the azz (for the other team)
Except in big games and playoffs
If the cowboys get off to a slow start the team will fold. Lame duck coach and QB. The reset will begin.
Y’all run the same playbook every year..switch it up 🤦🏽♂️😂
