I mean, there's several games these days that make vn an addition over a full fledge genre. Vns as a genre in video games are much more popular in Japan
I picture we will be getting collabs whenever something is about to release irl or update. Samurai we got the dlc. Mahoyo will definitely get the movie trailers when this collab drops. Tsukuhime we literally got arc.
My respects to Meteo, if they decided to write Fate/Requiem just to get their OC in FGO, and run aways after wards. I hope Notes timeline is a main story chapter than just a collab. Although if there was any doom posting is probably about Nasu probably shipping Aoko with Ritsuka and seeing what happened with void Shiki I can’t really say it’ll be impossible, although they might just have it be an alternate version Aoko like Void, and Type-Earth. On the collab as much as I love my boy I don’t think they’ll add him in. I can see a wellfare Aoko and a limited Aoko and Touko and Alice banners but not my boy sadly.
interestingly enough, if you look at the post-oc2 2024 servant silhouettes, there are 2 spaced apart legs with a mop in the middle that look similar to hibiki + chikagi. so maybe we're in for a secret 3rd collab of 2024
This is really nice! Times are changing for both TM and the staff, its great you pointed out that out. TM has so much potential with so much hope for what's to come!
Can we get soem Notes content? Is like a very simple story but facinating, a world where gaia was killed by humanity sounds so interesting and it was under explored, Also make Ado edem a character pls.
I should have known this announcement would lure out Manpig. Any occasion that gives us a new Manpig video is a good one (in addition to Mahoyo just being the kick-ass and the bedrock of the Nasuverse).
12:50 don't worry, there are like 3 of us out there who knows about this series😢(give some break to Nasu, he single handly(well his bro, Takeuchi is at his side always) made a multi universe that will put comics and anime universes to shame, with so many memorable characters)
I didn't knew about Nasu's health, hope he get's better. I remember Nasu wanted to finish tsukihime before Mahoyo, so I don't hope for a secuel, I think it's more about the movie. But it would be incredible indeed
My concerns for FGO are more focused on the coders at Lasangle and about questions if it is a black company. An account system, friend point x100 rolls, and more servant coins are all coding issues not story issues. I can be patient for story, especially main story, but I need some gameplay to keep me interested in the mean time
I understand that Nasu is someone extremely important to Type Moon, but a company having almost all of its projects dependent on a single individual is not the best strategy.
Saying that because It’s an Asian company that one person is central to most projects is racist it’s not because type moon is a Asian company it’s because it’s type moon they are also that type of company in other country.
Man, I just want my tenshi, I can't fucking wait. They better make her playable. I think I'll whale, and I do mean whale, for the first time since Muramasa. Edit: subscribed to support a fellow Alice simp (I watched the other video you mentioned).
I gotta be honest, after getting a full-time career job, I have stopped playing FGO aside from just logging in daily. I have no motivation to go back to playing the game :( I have been a player since day 1, nearly 100% every event, and have all my NP5 and grail targets. How do I find my passion again? Should I?
@@EbullientSMP I think I’ll pass. My only interest in typemoon is Fate itself. I don’t really have an interest in the rest of typemoon. I already couldn’t make heads or tails of KnK
It kinda saddens me how we are finally getting the mahoyo collab but the game is just in such a shitty espicially compared to other gacha games and Its totally the fault of the upper management giving out pathetic saleries for lasangles job hiring . Meanwhile this game has made billions and still is one of the most profitable games out there.
Hi I'm fairly new in the nasuverse and I want to really understand and get into it. I'm just wondering what are visual novels / animes I need to watch in order for me to understand the references etc. I tried asking chat gpt and this is the order it told me: Tsukihime Kara no Kyōkai (The Garden of Sinners) Witch on the Holy Night Fate/stay night Fate/Zero Fate/hollow ataraxia Fate/Extra Fate/Apocrypha Fate/Grand Order But I think it was mentioned that Witch on the Holy Night should be the first series, so I am asking if anyone can help me to have this re-arranged in the order you think the best is or even add other series if you think it is necessary. Thank you!
Don't ask chatgpt for watch orders lol If you ask me, the MAIN things you should consume are Witch on the Holy Night first Then either Fate trilogy (Stay Night, Zero, and Hollow Ataraxia in this order), Tsukihime, and Kara no Kyoukai. After that it is spinoffs and minor works which include. Other Fate entries, Melty Blood, Notes, and MahoHako. I made a video on forgotten Type-Moon works you can check out if you want some leads on those. Hope this helps!
Honestly, I dont even care for F/GO. For me, it's just a money-making machine. I'm thankful for F/GO for giving Type-Moon the possibility to make Tsukihime Remake and giving us the translations of Mohoyo and F/sn but its just annoying to see everything else ia going to F/GO. I dont even care for this collaboration event because I'm not installing F/GO just to get the possibility to play a little extra story in a gacha game. I want Mahoyo 2 and not an F/GO project. I love Type-Moon, but their F/GO route just isn't it.
I personally love it, it's a way to create connections between all the works, which is something I enjoy in general when it comes to such expanded universes as the TM-verse.
@Luca-yb4sh Yeah, this may be a good point, and I understand it but I still think Type-Moon's F/GO focus just isn't it. I want to read the sequels of Mahoyo and Tsukie:Re red garden. With F/GO this is taking even more time.
@@xenzzyyx2164 They are working on Red Garden. As for Mahoyo, you might be in for a bad time, as Nasu said in an interview that no VN is in the plans for now and not because of FGO but because he's not sure it's a format he wants to go with anymore. I honestly think FGO at this point works more as a scapegoat than anything else in this kind of discussions: yes, it takes resources but it gives back ten times more and part of the reason why Tsukihime Remake is so good is due to the money FGO made along the way. The reason why we're getting English translations (the quality of which is a different problem) and fully voiced remasters is not because magically Nasu woke up and decided to try the Western market for no reason, it's because FGO has been a success worldwide. Like it or not, FGO is what kept TM relevant after at the very least the HF movies. It has highs and lows, maybe even more lows than highs, but I believe it ultimately benefits TM more than it harms it, in terms or funds and exposure to the wide public.
I kinda think it's difficult to get proper collaborations at a more frequent rate. There's not a lot of type moon works aside from f/sn thats popular or developed. And Nasu is the face of the company, so he needs to be involved in everything. Now, I think collaborations like Fate/requiem are great, but quality should make up for it! For now, fgo collaborations with other fate works, heck even fan creations should have the pass! It's just a matter of time for the Tsukihime collab.
"You better Maho-go and read Mahoyo, yo!" - MP Telling His Audience to Overcome Their VN Barriers
tbh if you read FGO's story, it's already feels like a VN anyway

Most of today's gacha are VN anyway probably except the recent 2 hoyoverse games (GI and HSR)

so far, this is the only MahoHako comment i've seen that's aged well, and it aged VERY well
At this point, I'm rooting for Girls' Work to exist not because I want it, but straight up because you want it.
It will save my life
Man, i don't have SQ but Nasu is cooking Mahoyo 2 crambs and Nasuverse lore, awesome.
Hopefully, we will get Arcueid's real custome for Archetype Earth.
Probably for the Tsukihime collab

Are they ever going to update the Mahoyo console releases with the Steam version fixes? Probably another thing that will be forgotten.
