After some organizing you should put the storage shelves back to back and leave space the size of two storage shelves back to back. It keeps one facing rather than two and it will not crowd the employees.
Enjoy watching you try some of these things to see how they work and having a sense of humor about it no doubt helps. Was pretty hilarious how you let the employees get ticked off and quit the last time, interesting to see how that worked, but glad to see they are getting fixed. A few minor details I would suggest to maybe make more efficient use of the space are to move the computer to the other side of the garage door, move that single row of racks from that front area, rotate the compactor and put it next to the side wall just inside the door to the stock room, store the carts against the front wall between the compactor and the computer area, and better organize the boxed up racks along the rear wall in order to clear out the space for the stock room area so you can space out and organize the racks however you need.
Hey thank you so much mydime, I’m glad you’re enjoying all of our shenanigans! I just needed to blow off some steam from them by letting get annoyed and quitting! That is a good idea trying to make the most of our space, I think is needed. We’ve already got a video set and ready to come out today but maybe we’ll have to do that for tomorrow’s video!
I have 3 employees on each shift. One runs register and 2 stock. Swap them around when they need to take breaks. The regular register actually runs more people than the self checkouts. Seems like the customers have to get used to you having it again or something. Seems to get me a lot more rings and bring in more money quicker and keep shelves full. I’m pretty much just ordering trucks and putting them in backstock while the employees fill
@@AustinPlays316 after getting on again last night, there are slow times that almost no customers are using the register. I use this time to add an extra stocker or give them breaks. I have plenty of time to go between, ordering, unloading, and register myself. Seems like that was most efficient for me. I also just unlocked my 4th employee so that helped a lot too!
They put the boxes back in the same position in the storage racks and your putting things in it's position when they have to bring something back to storage that why they get stuck as they don't know where to put the item.
Glad to see the staff are getting better! Another enjoyable episode - I'll be going back into my game this weekend so I can have some reilable staff. Thanks for sharing. 😊
That is a good idea, I would like to I just don’t think we’ll have the space quite yet until we expand the store. Since we still didn’t even have enough of them yet even with all the ones we have boxed up piled in the corner
It would be kind of nice if the employees asked you for a break, or if you could assign 15 minute breaks or 30 minute breaks. This might be a stretch, but maybe giving them energy bars to “reset” their stamina.
Yes exactly! Have like a set break or something so we don’t need to go around and find them to send them on a break for only a bit. Ooh that would be cool idea to have that or some coffee or something
It’d be good if when there was a sandstorm lots of sand built up in the store and you had to sweep it out. Find it weird you can get the employees to clean but there isn’t much cleaning
Can you please dedicate a shelf to one item for restocking & they keep getting stuck because you keep replacing the boxes where they’re pulling from. You said the theory, of you replacing a box but you never tested the theory. Did you notice no one got stuck while you were rearranging the shelves. Other then that I love your videos I’ve binge watched a few videos since I’ve found you😅
That would make sense, I would like to I just don’t know if we have the space for it. We still didn’t even have enough of them even with all the ones boxed up in the corner. We can certainly try to after getting a store size expansion
The problem I'm having now with the stockers is about 75% of the time the stockers are in the back walking around and not grabbing products off the shelf. Today I moved my shelves around and alot of my shelves were empty and I had product that could be stocked but they were in the back just walking around the whole time.
Maybe you should put all the same items together instead of just putting them on any shelf. I think the reason they are getting stuck is because you are putting things on the shelves that they took them from. Sorry my logic kicked in there.

That is a good idea too, that is good to hear with the register as well. We might have to try and put an employee on the cash register again

That’s what you all are telling me we’re doing wrong

Hey thank you so much, it is a breath of fresh air having them work much better!
Use one rake for each item to stock in storage room

these floor tiles look amazing
Hey thank you, I really like them too
Try to put an empty shelf in storage and see if it clears the tags.
Unfortunately the game doesn’t allow us to put shelves back there unless they are in boxes
It’d be good if when there was a sandstorm lots of sand built up in the store and you had to sweep it out. Find it weird you can get the employees to clean but there isn’t much cleaning
Ooh that would be interesting, kind of like sand buildup that we got in gas station simulator
one more thing u can do to remove the label, by take the shelf then turn it into the box, and then restart the game.
I didn’t think of that!

@@AustinPlays316 understandable maybe use one shelf for two items and use the carts for extra storage of the items since you have so many of them 😅
Start organizing the storage room so they don't get stuck again.

Hmm that is strange hearing that because after the patch it was fixed mostly
How are going to unlock the final store level with the employees stealing your revenue and the level costing 12k
Haha so true, it definitely did slow down the income but also helped prolong the series a bit especially keep things going between updates
the other one had an update as well...we got self checkouts an music an able to change what the store from looks like
Your service register is backwards that's probably why nobody goes to it
If you place a box in the place they took the box from they get stuck.
That would make sense
So the stockers are having the same issue they have in supermarket sim weirdly
Two employees per shift until the bugs are fixed 🔧 more by the devs
It seems like things got a lot better with them besides them getting stuck at the storage racks
You make a list of what you need and then order
Maybe you should put all the same items together instead of just putting them on any shelf. I think the reason they are getting stuck is because you are putting things on the shelves that they took them from. Sorry my logic kicked in there.
Does anybody have a fix for the boxes going through the floor? I can the top of the product but not the box.
Hmm I’m not sure myself, I don’t believe I’ve had it happen on our game but I have seen other videos with that happening.
24:16 you have a clock in PC
Please, buy Soviet Rug and place it under the PC.
I WATCHED AGAIN DAY 2
Thank you so much!
your putting new stock where they are getting it from and they are trying to put it where they get it from
That’s what it seems like the consensus is
No your still moving backwards
👍👍
