Hello, Sania. I'd like to express my heartfelt appreciation for the advice you've given me. Through your channel you have literally given my life a direction.
Initially I wanted to work for UNICEF, I came across your video while looking for information about it. I then watched all of the videos, and then decided to apply for IAEA. This video perticularly was very helpful for creating cover letter. In one video, you also explained how to fill out the entire application, which made it very simple for us to complete that lengthy application. The IAEA HR department also notified me through email yesterday that I had been selected for the internship.

Earning money in a call centre is way better than being dependent on your parents. So no need to be ashamed of it and tell others proudly

Alot of students get internships. You just need to be in your 3rd or 4th year.

Hi Sania, I just wanted to ask you a quick question.
I'm applying for an UN-IAEA internship for which my qualifications are a perfect match. The deadline for this internship is tomorrow night, Sunday, and one of my recommenders is unable to write a letter of reference on official letterhead because of Sunday. I'm worried whether UN-IAEA will accept just a simple letter with her signature and other information. Please guide me, whether I should proceed with this strategy.
Hey, yes dont worry you can still submit without a letterhead. Just make sure the email address is legit and includes the name of the university/company where your referee works

After submitting your application, approximately after how many days or weeks you received your Internship acceptance email?
I got the interview invitation after a month.
Also, the posting for this specific position in the OCHA office for the humanitarian internship never asked for a university transcript. I'm a little worried that maybe I was supposed to upload one. Should I have uploaded one in the attachments section even though the application never asked for it?
Good to attach multiple files always to better show your skills and experience but if it wasnt mandatory then no problem.

I'm applying for the humanitarian affairs internship at the UN. I only have one prior instance of work experience. All of my other experience comes in the form of positions I've held in student organizations. Should I list these organizational experiences in the work experiences section or leave it for the motivation letter and the questions on the first page?

I’ve met people from all around the world, many Indians as well. The UN is a very diverse organisation and that’s the best thing that you get to meet people from every culture.

Yes it's fine if you dont have work experience. You can try showcasing your skills through some extracurricular activities that you did in college etc

Ok that’s what I thought. It was just confusing because they recently changed the format of their applications and in all of the inspira tutorials it said “this application takes the place or your usual cv,” but I probably should have uploaded one anyway.

You can apply to some organizations. You need to check the requirements for the internship that you want to apply to.

Please, do not refer to the IAEA or any other organization in the UN system as a "company" when you apply for a position.
