@@aperson4953 it depends on the instrument. Some saxes, mostly beginner models, only go up to F. The vast majority of intermediate and pro models go up to F#. So that would make altissimo start at G. I’ve heard rumors of specialty instruments with a high G key, but those are so rare they’re hardly worth mentioning. All of my saxes have a high F# key.

@@aperson4953No, most modern saxes can go to F#. The standard range for bari sax is from an A below the staff to F# three leisure lines above
