I would Love Love Love to see a Salt n Pepa Biopic... they remind me of my big sisters. They grew up in the same era and had the same style.
Now that's one i actually wanna see get made, straight outta comptom style, theactrical release only. They'd have more control over their own story, none of it would be lies. NWA'S film Yes definitely left out alotta stuff, specially about Dre's penchant 4 womanbeatin, but its not full of lies, they leftout stuff but it realky Is A good film, period. S&P would make just as good a film if not not better because as women we go thru so much more, especially in the enter'&music industries. Watching this interview after watching their Biopic of lifetime. Love the movie . Love these beautiful ladies. Saw them all at the back to the 90s tour two years ago and they close out the night.
I was in love with Salt n Pepa back in the late 80's as a kid. They still look good today.

I have to give it to them 30 years in the business and still about book shows. Been a fans of the ladies since "Push It". We are the same age so seeing them brings me back to my youth. I have always loved their music. Would love to see more 80's rappers on throw back Thursday.

Such a great, entertaining interview. I saw the biopic... Which just so happened to be on Lifetime.
They are so well spoken and beautifully aged! Women in hip hop do not get the credit they deserve for having longevity in the game.Like Lil Kim,tSalt n Pepa took the game and made it their own and are still very much marketable and relevant in hip hop.

It's an interview most women are going to have makeup on. I've watched the breakfast club regularly that is of course if I'm interested in the guest. Even the men sometimes have make up on. Take into account the time this show is on. A morning face is not the best. I don't care what anybody says you have that puffy look in the morning and no one wants to look tired and beat on a show. Now I can speak on salt she was trying to go for a natural everyday look but had the wrong type of foundation her skin does not need too much foundation just bb cream or a light coverage but I'm assuming she figured it was early so put more than she needed. Overall both ladies looked fine in my opinion.
